“This is a new restaurant that opened in Inver Grove Heights 2 months ago. The owners have previously owned other well-known Japanese restaurants and have many years of experience. Upon stepping inside the restaurant, you are greeted with warm, friendly, and hospitable staff. Great traditional cute Japanese ambiance. The quality and portions of the food are great with varieties of dishes like sushi, ramen, hibachi and more. I've always seen big groups come here and the waiters and waitresses are always on their feet. Their dinner menu provides more selection so I always get that menu, even for lunch as I love sashimi. “Today, my friends and I went shopping at the mall. When we got to the food court, we saw an Ichiddo Ramen shop. I was surprised to find one here! There's also an Ichiddo Ramen near where I live, and I'm a regular customer there. I especially love their chashu ramen, while my husband loves their beef ramen. The taste was still fantastic, just as good as the one near my house. It was a very pleasant meal! I'll definitely come back next time I'm shopping at the mall 😊“
