“My daughter and I went here because I was on the search for an amazing Affogato. They did not disappoint. The owner was super sweet to my daughter and pulled strawberry gelato out of the freezer even though it wasn’t on their menu that day. All of the gelato we had was amazing and the customer service was even more amazing. We give this place 5 out of 5 stars, and we will definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Not an inexpensive fast food restaurant but their burgers are very good! They have prepacked pints of ice cream in many, many flavors. The ice cream is so rich and creamy....a must if you go!
The location is very clean and staff are friendly.“

“My group and I went there looking for a butterscotch shake. When asked if they would use the butterscotch cone topping, we were told yes but it will completely and totally blend in to the shake, it didn't blend completely and totally at all. The shake was still ok tasting though“

“Today 4-20-2025 I went to this location two young girls were working around 1:30 pm and I order a small Oreo Blizzard but was charged for a Medium size instead. I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. “It’s 85 degrees out, the ice cream and vibes here are immaculate. Best ice cream I’ve ever had, the portions are insaaaane. One of the workers in the back is singing to the music they’re playing and everything is 10/10. It’s my first time here and I will always be a fan!“

The employees always have a smile on their faces, and the one time a mistake was made on my order, not only did they fix it, they offered me a refund for having to wait a few minutes for them to correct it. “It's small, it's a decent place to stop by for a QUICK SNACK (not a whole ass dairy aisle.) The place is run by mostly youth so that the owner can save money, they're cool and understandable people now that the last ghetto ass staff was fired. (Creeps frequent this place too.) The place is pretty pricey to buy from and it's better to go if there are promotional events or you use the app.

Kid-friendliness: The place is run by mostly young folks, most still in high school. Beware of creeps though.“

Stopped by here to grab ice cream with the kiddos as the one down the street on Larpenteur and Lexington closed down. They were busy but service was fast! They have a large parking spot and some picnic tables outside for eating. What's great? Playground and park right across the street!“

However, the DQ in Plymouth off Rockford Road needs their employees better trained for customer service. They were very rude to me when I asked them if I could buy a bunch (4 boxes) of dilly bars and buster bars for my crew. They said I could only buy one box, as they just opened and need to leave the rest of the dilly and busterbars for other customers. Just thought that was a bit strange to restrict my purchase of buying more. One particular young man at the counter represented poor customer service by his attitude. Maybe they were afraid they'd have to make more or reload the freezer? Not sure what his issue was but I even tried to give him the benefit of a doubt and make him smile, but no luck.“

“I love the cookies but I enjoyed the service even more! I believe that Jayvion (might've spelled that wrong) was training Josh on the evening that I went in and I am so glad that I witnessed this. Both guys were patient, calm, and super respectful (I'm in my early 30s btw) which was refreshing. “My daughter and I came in around 7 or 8pm on a Sunday night. We walked in and there was quite a line which was fine. The staff seemed pretty stressed out but they were working hard to ensure quality, quick service. We ordered 2 shakes and they came out surprisingly fast considering how busy they were. The shakes tasted great and I really commend the staff working that night on how diligent they were. A satisfying place for dessert indeed :)“
