“I don’t think I’ve ever left a fb review for a restaurant but I couldn’t resist. This place was delicious. Super fresh, hot, quality ingredients at affordable prices. We ordered the chips and salsa, taquitos, sope, tostada, carne asada taco, Nutella tres leches, and the strawberry juice. All of it was very flavorful and the presentation was a cut above the usual Mexican restaurant plate. Will definitely be back and tell others to eat here! Only con would be that they need more seating! Majority of tables are for 2 so probably couldn’t take a large party/family here, especially if it was busy.“

“I googled best wings in my area, and this place did not disappoint. While I miss the good Ole days of $.50 and $1 wings and was reluctant to spend $17.99 for 10, those things were huge and delicious! I added a basket of fries and almost couldn't finish them both. I'll be back!

“Food is great and served in reasonable time. The waitress could be more attentive to patrons seeing that the tip is added to the bill and paid before even receiving food. I asked for something and she forgot and brought it to the table 15 minutes later after I was almost done with meal. Had to ask for water, waitress only filled up my husband’s glass not mine and both were pretty much empty and I wasn’t even asked if I wanted more water. Hopefully this is read and improved on my return visit. It least it shows me how to tip next time 😏“

“Our first trip ever to the Balkan Treat Box started with a very helpful server coming up to us at where you order and handing us the menus and helping us decide what to get. It really helped us with our order. We ordered 3 of the most popular dishes as well as some hummus to start. Everything was so good really a symphony of flavors! We were checked on by the staff several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and everyone was very nice and helpful! Highly recommend. Plenty of parking especially in the back of restaurant.“

“I have had a lot of food from Loafers over the past few years but never had enough information to write a review! They serve a more cafe-style menu during lunch, offering amazing soups, sandwiches and salads. I have eaten lunch at Loafers many times and loved every experience. During dinner service, they serve their amazing pizzas, which I only got to experience for the first time recently. We went with another couple and ended up getting their spinach pizza and their seasonal pizza, which had far too many elements to name. Both pizzas were amazing. The service was great, though they did seem to want to turn the table quickly, understandably, as they are quite busy constantly. Highly recommend this space, as it is not unreasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food and service you receive.“

OMG adding the tofu nuggets was the best decision, this sushi wrap tasted amazing! And they make it right there in front of you, so I'm glad I didn't order online for pick up bc the wait time was nothing and everything was fresh. Highly recommend!!“

Jim Fiala and his team hits it out of the park in every way. 3 courses paired with wine and each spot on. Last time there we brought our own wine as it was a special bottle. I got mild spicy and they accommodated very nicely; it was not too spicy. The tofu was cooked very nicely, with a delicious crisp on the outside but tender and soft on the inside.
I would definitely recommend. The food was priced very reasonably: 14$ for red curry and 14$ for pad Thai.“

“It was really good food and we were happy with it. Came for downtown restaurant week and tried a special. Only gripe was that we asked for one order of dumplings so we were confused when they came out with 3 for some reason. The server was nice but the order wasn’t read back to us so we weren’t aware of any misunderstanding. It tacked on an extra unexpected $20+ to the bill, which put a little damper on things, but I guess we had the chance to say something and just let it go. It’s a little frustrating but overall things were fine.“

A staple in Maplewood: the staff is friendly, the bar has some great offerings, and the food is delicious. Parking: When it comes to parking, there is a lot of parking. It depends on how early you get there and also The Times but I'm usually getting a spot right in front or on the back parking lot..

Kid-friendliness: I really haven't seen a lot of kids coming there only a few. So I guess it just depends on your preference if you want to bring them or not.
But I don't really no about that.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible, but it's also of every tight. Squeeze as well, but out on the patio. There would be no problem at all. In the bar area, depending on the night, I think it would be difficult.“
