“Yes! Finally found a good Chinese restaurant in Jefferson County. The veg fried rice was loaded with large chunks of vegetables. Sesame chicken had a wonderful sauce and the chicken was crispy and delicious. Crab Rangoon was large and loaded. Fried dumplings which I don’t like- I really liked these! I had a feeling it was going to be good because their phone never stopped ringing with new orders being placed. I will be back!“

“We had great service at a bar table. We were sat and waited on immediately. However, we waited quite a while on our main entree food. It was very good, and we got to take our entrees home because we were full from the salad and appetizer. Overall, it was delicious and much more attentive than in the past. We visited at around 5:30PM on a Saturday.“

We arrived shortly after 430pm and we're taken immediately to a seat and we're given some seafood bread.
Our food came pretty fast.
We had the boudin balls, fried catfish, fried gator, and 3lbs of snow crab legs.
Everything was delicious!! Can't wait to go back.“

“First time visit. Went for our anniversary. The attention to detail was excellent. We've spent a lot more at similar steakhouses and haven't had nearly the wonderful experience as we had here! Being seated by the manager was a nice touch. Prior to going, the only thing we knew was that it was attached to a Holiday Inn, which made us suspect and we thought we'd be severely disappointed. But since it got a good rating on Yelp we chanced it-- we're so glad we did! The cocktails were delicious and interesting. The wine list superb. We LOVED the salads that arrived "family style"- a Caesar and a mixed-greens salad choice. They came with homemade dressings that I wanted to drink from the bowls! Our steaks were cooked to our liking. I ordered the filet Oscar style and it was delicious! There were many choices of sides from which to choose. We ordered the whipped potatoes, asparagus, and the pepper cream sauce for my wife's filet and they were all yummy! Finally, we were given a free large slice of their "wedding cake" (vanilla cake with a phenomenal almond buttercream frosting) for dessert and devoured it! Don't hesitate going here. We think you'll enjoy it as much as we did!!“

“This China King is under New Management and when I tell you I went at the beginning of November 2024, ordered Chicken Egg foo yu and Fried gizzards .... DELICIOUS!!! The gravy on the Chicken egg foo yu is so good and their Fried gizzards are the best in St Louis, they practically melt in your mouth and the onions help make the flavor. And the food was fresh, hot and soooo good. This husband and wife team know how to cook, they are respectful and kind, and have not only my respect but will have my business from now on. Thank you!!! “The food was fresh and delicious. The folks working clearly communicated times and I even heard them worn others of long waits before taking orders. Not much atmosphere to speak of. It’s your old school pickup Chinese restaurant. Pictures are of general tso chicken and orange chicken. It IS NOT heavily breaded like many other places. It felt light and healthIER than other Chinese places. I’d highly recommend!“

“This is one of my favorite restaurants. It has a wonderful Mongolian barbecue along with an incredible assortment of Asian foods. Their hot and sour soup is one of the best I’ve ever had. The sushi is very good and the service is always been polite and very attentive to clear plates. I have never been rushed as I enjoy talking endlessly to friends while eating here. The bathrooms are elegant and very clean however, I think the bathroom doors are very heavy. I believe that is why they are usually blocked open. They also have very quiet hand dryers. The lobby is also elegant , the doors are hard to open because there is a very strong air handling system that keeps fresh air circulated I enjoy bringing friends here For a relaxing meal and conversation. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good place to eat.“
