Everyday I show up and work my hardest and I train morning crew so yes I’m a crew trainer and I’m very proud of some of our crew. I would be no where without them. They have been my mcfamily. I love all of them everyday because they all show up.“

Zhon'ta, the Manager, even came out and greeted the customers and asked each of his customers for suggestions or if we had any complaints. “I really liked this Arby’s! Our food came out super quickly and was hot/fresh. Honestly some of the better Arby’s i’ve had. The employees were friendly and helpful and the service was quick. The bathrooms and the rest of the restaurant were actually the cleanest Arby’s i’ve ever seen. I’d come here again! I got some modifications on my sandwich and they were all correct too, which some locations have struggled with in the past.“

“I love this Culvers for dine-in. However, the people preparing drive-thru orders need to check their orders. I sat and waited quite sometime for my order, only to get home and see that there was no salad dressing for my chicken cashew salad. I had none at home. A dry salad is not that good. 🙁“

“I am a school bus driver that's closing in on a story book ending of 25 year's of driving I stop into Hardee's to try the maple bacon combo when I notice a gentleman coming in the dining area asking if there where hiring as busy Joe was he took time to talk to the gentleman during rush hour. Not only the food was great but it was the friendly atmosphere in Springfield Missouri Hardee's that Joe gave to the gentleman and gave him a application and promised a interview the next day. anytime when I am out here Joe will get my business and thanks to the young lady for insuring me my bus will be fine on the lot.“

“My husband and I went for lunch today and upon telling the employees that the Diet Coke was watery, not only did they immediately come out to replace it, they gave us a cold bottle of Diet Coke while we were waiting. Friendly, fast and fabulous!“

“Fantastic service!! It's hard to find employees that care about guests these days, but they knock it out of the park! Awesome breakfast biscuits made from scratch, and glorious burger selection. Hint: for Seniors, if you want a sandwich don't get the meal plan but just your sandwich plus a junior fry plus senior drink and free with kiosk for frosties, saves you a couple of dollars.“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“The Ozark and Nixa locations are my go-to, mostly for breakfasts. But the Service is spot on. They greeted you, and when they say thank you, it seems as if they meant it. I've never had my food held out of a window as I've had at McDonald's, and my fries/breakfast potatoes are never cold.“

I called Justin, and they asked my situation which includes wearing Dentures, and that many things I cannot eat. Therefore, Justin suggested that he make the tenders, which is the thing that we were excited to try, six minutes that it would take.

So he was stellar. When I received the wraps, I was unable to receive them. The wraps, etc., and the chicken inside wear an inedible for me.

“There was a blonde girl, a brown haired girl and a young man working tonight. Normally I don’t write reviews but the way one of them was acting pissed me off. The blonde girl looked like she was just doing everything she could to help the situation. And the young man was running around helping out. They all looked very busy and we are very understanding people but this was just ridiculous. My mom order a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough and said she didn’t even really want it blended. When we pulled up to the window they started handing us the blizzards and when we got hers it had no cookie dough in it at all. I even digged to see if there was any and there was nothing. We told the blonde that it doesn’t have anything in it and she took it back and you could tell she was talking to the girl with the brown hair about it and she was acting like we was being ridiculous... saying she put cookie dough in it. like we paid for extra and even had certain things we asked for it? Plus I order cheese curds and got onion rings and French fries. They even told us it would be a 6 min wait for cheese curds and they didn’t even put them in there and the brown haired girl was the one that checked the bag... I understand it was my fault that I didn’t check the bag before we left but it’s like come on.... Like I have worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years. I’m sorry but the way she acted and everything she needs a awakening because she isn’t gonna make it far in that industry if she isn’t gonna admit her wrong and be more of a people person. I made so many mistakes in the restaurant industry but everyone does! The way you respond MATTERS! The best way I was told was your attitude and behavior affects your technique. The blonde remade my moms blizzard and it was amazing! Exactly what she asked for and the blonde was so sweet! She showed amazing behavior, awesome attitude and great technique.“

“The Turkey Bacon Ranch & the Smokehouse Brisket are a steal of a meal. You can't find a better sandwich for twice the price. The bread company & the sub ways can't compete for the price. And they get my order right. Bring back the potato cakes!!“

“This location has good food quality.Their technology for payment systems, microphones, speakers, and more is lacking a needed upgrade because it seems the service can't hear what we are saying, and keeps asking to repeat while having popping scratching audio. When finished giving an order the past 3 times we were not able to pay at the stall. Making someone walk away and out of sight with our debit/credit card to pay. This is a huge risk where we have no idea what they are doing with our card while they take forever to pay.Oreo shakes deserve to be consumed using the straw they provide you with. A super thin straw so the chunks of Oreo shouldn't be 10x the size of the opening for the straw. The trick is to crush the Oreos before blending the shake.“

“The service was extremely slow, but the food was good. I want to highlight one of their employees, Brian. I observed him taking orders out to cars that had to pull ahead, because of the slowness. He exchanged pleasantries and apologized for the delay. He then saw plastic bags blowing around the parking lot and was able to gather them up and dispose of they. When he came back into the store he went to several tables and offered to take their trays and leftovers to the trashcan. Once again, he exchanged pleasantries with the people at the tables. What a nice man. Hooray, for Brian.“

Lo and behold the manager, Dave, of this location, has spent some time in New York and New Jersey so he made me and my group feel right at home. The food was delicious and the place was clean.
