I lost my son over a month ago due to a motorcycle accident. A car did not stop and turned in front of my son causing us a very great loss for his family and friends. So many broken hearts! “When my wife and I want a great breakfast (or sandwich anytime) at a very good price, Hardee's is our favorite and Hardee's on West Chestnut Expy, Springfield is our go-to place. The people are so friendly and helpful and positive and the food is always the best. Can't beat the biscuits and gravy. Their breakfast beats all the other fast food places. Sometimes I have the big platter breakfast with sausage. Every now and then, I order a chicken biscuit and a side of grave. I eat the chicken (absolutely wonderful) like it were a sausage patty and put the gravy on part of the biscuit. Also their Chicken BLT sandwich is terrific (no mayo). The people truly make this a very pleasant place to eat. Can't beat Hardee's...and the people.“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“I love this Culvers for dine-in. However, the people preparing drive-thru orders need to check their orders. I sat and waited quite sometime for my order, only to get home and see that there was no salad dressing for my chicken cashew salad. I had none at home. A dry salad is not that good. 🙁“

“Braum's is a must when visiting Springfield. Service is always polite and the food is hot and fresh. Personally, I think they have the best crinkle cut french fries on the planet. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other fast food burger places. Wish they had one in KC!“

Wheelchair accessibility: They installed a handicap accessible ramp and automatic door opener on the West side of the building.“

“My elderly sister had a terrible fall and is hospitalized. The only thing in the world she said she could eat was Hardee’s gravy. Craig there saved a portion of gravy after breakfast, kept it warm, and had it waiting…..with a huge smile! And at no charge! He is a Hero! Thank you, Mr. Craig!“

“The remodel significantly improved the space, making it much nicer. The food was good, as long as they stayed focused on preparing fresh, warm meals, which they accomplished this time. The staff, including those in training, were extremely nice and cordial, doing an excellent job overall. But always remember in fast food it's from visit to visit consistency is always needed“

“Exceptional! I ordered through the drive-through 2/23/24 around 6:30pm. The gentleman who took my order was kind and professional. Very pleasant. When I arrived at home I could see my burger was carefully prepared and thoughtfully wrapped. So many times orders are just sort of thrown together. Not so last night. My food tasted great, it was fresh and so neatly prepared. Well done evening crew at this location. Very well done.“

“The service was extremely slow, but the food was good. I want to highlight one of their employees, Brian. I observed him taking orders out to cars that had to pull ahead, because of the slowness. He exchanged pleasantries and apologized for the delay. He then saw plastic bags blowing around the parking lot and was able to gather them up and dispose of they. When he came back into the store he went to several tables and offered to take their trays and leftovers to the trashcan. Once again, he exchanged pleasantries with the people at the tables. What a nice man. Hooray, for Brian.“

“There was a blonde girl, a brown haired girl and a young man working tonight. Normally I don’t write reviews but the way one of them was acting pissed me off. The blonde girl looked like she was just doing everything she could to help the situation. And the young man was running around helping out. They all looked very busy and we are very understanding people but this was just ridiculous. My mom order a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough and said she didn’t even really want it blended. When we pulled up to the window they started handing us the blizzards and when we got hers it had no cookie dough in it at all. I even digged to see if there was any and there was nothing. We told the blonde that it doesn’t have anything in it and she took it back and you could tell she was talking to the girl with the brown hair about it and she was acting like we was being ridiculous... saying she put cookie dough in it. like we paid for extra and even had certain things we asked for it? Plus I order cheese curds and got onion rings and French fries. They even told us it would be a 6 min wait for cheese curds and they didn’t even put them in there and the brown haired girl was the one that checked the bag... I understand it was my fault that I didn’t check the bag before we left but it’s like come on.... Like I have worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years. I’m sorry but the way she acted and everything she needs a awakening because she isn’t gonna make it far in that industry if she isn’t gonna admit her wrong and be more of a people person. I made so many mistakes in the restaurant industry but everyone does! The way you respond MATTERS! The best way I was told was your attitude and behavior affects your technique. The blonde remade my moms blizzard and it was amazing! Exactly what she asked for and the blonde was so sweet! She showed amazing behavior, awesome attitude and great technique.“

“This location has good food quality.Their technology for payment systems, microphones, speakers, and more is lacking a needed upgrade because it seems the service can't hear what we are saying, and keeps asking to repeat while having popping scratching audio. When finished giving an order the past 3 times we were not able to pay at the stall. Making someone walk away and out of sight with our debit/credit card to pay. This is a huge risk where we have no idea what they are doing with our card while they take forever to pay.Oreo shakes deserve to be consumed using the straw they provide you with. A super thin straw so the chunks of Oreo shouldn't be 10x the size of the opening for the straw. The trick is to crush the Oreos before blending the shake.“

“I really love Charleys and this is my go to food mostly. All the staff are always with amazing smiles on their faces and absolutely the nicest ever. The food is so tasty and i love the peach lemonade! So perfect!

“When I first went to Arby's I got some sandwich I believe it was some kind of roast beef sandwich. I had never ordered from there before. I was not a fan of that sandwich. With that being said this place really redeemed itself with the corned beef sandwich that they have. I loved it, and my kids loved their mac and cheese! It was a calm environment and nice to sit with family.“

“Great first time experience. We got two hot sandwiches for dinner and two cold for lunch the next day. The cheese steak beef was so so. Id say 6 outta 10. The chicken cheese steak was a lot better. I'd say that's a 7 outta 10. The club sub id say 7.5 ... the roast beef sub was 7.8.. very friendly... needs a lil deep cleaning. Otherwise good place to eat.“
