“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. NEEDLESS TI SAY NO ONE ATE THEIR MEAL WE ORDERED ELSE WHERE AND I SUGGEST SKIPPING PAST THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE TIME IR MONEY WASTED.“

“First time, WON'T be the last time! The burger is very tasty. The sweet potato fries are some of the best I've ever had. The regular fries were too salty (but that's easily fixed). The portions were enough for at least two meals. My suggestion would be to share the fries (such a big portion!)!!!“

“I go to the Shack at least once a month. I was there recently and received excellent food and service. Jennifer was great server, nothing was too much trouble. She helped move all of our coats and bags in order to change our seats. She was cheerful and helpful. I bring my out-of-town guests here often. The menu includes healthy,creative, delicious entrees, and as well as gluten free options.“

“Went to this new smashburger place after hearing good things about it on social media. Was overly pleased with both the food and the service! Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially from one of the owners. I got the Frisco melt and it was delicious! The fries were also hot and fresh. The tater tots were crispy and fluffy and very tasty. And then there are the shakes! I got the chocolate shake that was awesome. The other people in our group got the strawberry and the oreo shakes. I was told from them that they were equally delicious. This place is definitely worthy of the many 5 star reviews they've been getting and I am pleased to be another one of them as well. I will definitely be back again soon!“

“I had one too many bad experiences with McDonalds and it sent me to this burger shop. Chuck A Burger has converted me. This burger joint is faster than McD, tastier, healthier, and cheaper. With an included $3 tip, you can get a single cheese burger with everything, regular fries, and their bigger milkshake. All with real ingredients, faster than it would take you to receive the same thing from the drive thru. Their shake machine has never been broken. My order has never been wrong. A+, two thumbs up. Their single patty burger is comparable to a Quarter Pounder. Try it for yourself.“

Been better off going to QT and getting one of their dogs.“

“I've been here exactly 3 times. I come back for a reason. The food is amazing, the service is awesome. They have MASSIVE catfish fillets and they're so good. I absolutely love them. “Seamus is always our go to place to take our 3 young kids. They even have newly updated kids menus that have plenty of kid aproved foods and come with drinks! The patio is perfect on a nice day. The buffalo chicken sandwich is gigantic and delicious and the ranch it comes with is worth the price alone- SO good! Their burgers are huge and really good as well. The servers are always nice and attentive and the beers are always cold.“

“My first time there. we got it to go. It was a little above average, but not what it has been hyped up to be. My burger had hard edges, beyond crispy. Fries were hard and no salt. shake was the best part of the meal. $60 for three meals is way overpriced. And they initially packed the shakes in the sane bag as the hot food! I had them take them out and put into a drink carrier. Who puts cold and hot together? It is adequate, but I will not go back for those prices.“
