However with any new openning there are issues. On the night we were there it was crowded although there was not a wait for a table for 2. Our service was very poor. I hope this problem will be quickly remedied.“

“A favorite that never disappoints. My daughter and I both enjoyed our dinners, service was attentive but not cloying, food was excellent. I had my favorite - Red Curry with Chicken - tender chicken, good spice (as it comes), great Thai flavors. My daughter had Pad Thai with chicken, spice #1, less spice than she likes, should have gone with the #2 ( or just ordered the chili paste on the side - thought of that too late). Plus the chicken satay appetizer was also perfectly cooked and delicious. Great evening.“

“The large salads are large. My rookie mistake was ordering a large salad and a calzone. It was too much food. I ordered the fatty B and it was fantastic. I usually don't enjoy canzone because the crust is hard pizza crust. Not so at sauce on the side. The crust is almost pastry tezture.
Fountain drinks are so carbonated that you can taste the CO2. The only issue. Customer service was ourstanding.“

“We were very disappointed that the sauce which came with the steamed dumplings appetizer has been changed significantly. Is way too spicy. Even the meat on the Mongolian Beef was not as tasty. Also, we used to be able to get sweet and sour pork even though not on menu, but now can't. Whoever changed the menu's and recipes should reconsider to avoid reduction in business. Thanks.“

“My company, MARIS, held a dinner four our retiring CEO on Friday evening and it was absolutely wonderful! I worked with Jade in planning the event and she was very responsive and helpful. She and Jasmin took care of all the attendees and provided superb service. Our food was excellent and the room was set just as planned. I would highly recommend Bishop’s Post for your next event. “Terrible service from EJ. He never checked to see how our food was, not once, after salad or entree. The food was okay. Parmesan would have helped maybe. We had to ask for more water. We had a gift card from our kids to use, but EJ said the internet was down and we couldn't use it. We asked for a manager, and he said he was the manager, which is really surprising considering the lack of service we received. He finally took the gift card off of our bill. He was not a good server or manager in our opinion. Bus boy was pretty good. We would not recommend this place. EJ shouldn't be serving!! We still gave him a 15% tip, which was more than deserved. Usually, we give much more.“

“We recently had a less than desirable experience at the restaurant after years of going with no problems (to be clear - the problems we had were due to corporate decisions, not specific to this location). We communicated our concerns to The Melting Pot and they offered us a super generous resolution and “do-over.” Today we re-visited and had an amazing experience. Both times the staff were very attentive and took great care of us, and the food is always awesome. Today we met the manager who was very understanding and helpful. We will definitely be back.“

“Panera, or St. Louis Bread Company at St. Louis County locations, always have great food! We had a really enjoyable meal here with sandwiches, salads, soup, and pastries. The value duets are a great way to get a quick smaller meal at a reduced price, and you pick two with your choice of two items from the sandwich, salad, or soup menu will really fill you up!
