“Haven't been back to St. Louis for awhile and knew we needed to go to The Crossing for dinner. Jim Fiala and his team hits it out of the park in every way. 3 courses paired with wine and each spot on. Last time there we brought our own wine as it was a special bottle. No problem as long as it wasn't on their list and the wine cellar is extensive. If you want an extraordinary dining experience please go.”

“I think this may be my new favorite restaurant in St. Louis. The ambience alone is absolutely beautiful, but combine that with amazing food and impeccable service and you have a winner. Best oysters I’ve ever had, and those Gruyère puffs are insanely good. I had the Bavette steak, and my husband had the chicken cordon bleu… Incredible! You cannot miss out on the drinks; the cocktails are so good and the spritz hour is a great deal. Highly recommend!”

“If you’re looking for a great cafe in Clayton, for a girls get together or birthday gathering or just want a night out for dinner. This restaurant was fabulous. The foods were delicious and the cocktails were great as well. Even the coffees they offer are amazing. The waitresses and waiters are always cheerful and on top of their presence. We always look forward to coming here. They never disappoint. Can’t wait for the music series to open back up come fall.”

“I had the best experience and it was all thanks to our amazing server, Kiersten. She was quick, funny, and incredibly personable from the moment we sat down. There was a little mix-up with our order, and she noticed it right away and fixed it immediately, pure professionalism.

The mushroom pizza was phenomenal. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The Old Fashioned was fantastic. Must try the maple pecan gelato! Risotto balls - chefs kiss!

Kiersten, along with the fantastic food and drinks, has officially made me a return customer. She’s hands-down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. If you go, definitely request her!”

“City Coffee House & Creperie is a great place to escape, the vibe is that of a hidden cafe. The food is always great, I love their lemon curd crepe, opted for the waffle this time to celebrate National Pancake Day (a waffle is just a pancake with cups to hold the syrup I’ve been told). You cannot go wrong with any selection on the board. Fresh ingredients and great staff!!”

“Great downtown coffee shop. Excellent selection of teas and lates. Some unique baked goods as well. It's not just your standard coffee shop, although they do have the basic espresso based drinks. Quiet place for conversation or study.”

I asked Allison for some recommendations as I was looking for a meal replacement. She was super friendly and helpful with my decision. My smoothie was made quickly and it was better than expected. 5 stars for convenience, service and taste!”

“As a long time customer of the Posh Nosh, I have to say the service, atmosphere , and food is impressive. The Rachel is my go to sandwich, however , any sandwich will satisfy any palate. The Matzo Ball soup and Chile are two of my favorites as well. Kudos to the new owner for sprucing up the restaurant.”

“Had a great experience from beginning to end. Cocktails were a twist on classics and were fun and delicious. We tried the crab cakes and to my delight they were not all filler. The surf and turf frankfurter was awesome as well as the salmon. I didn't try the steak but my friend said it was delicious. Service was very friendly and had great suggestions.
