“What an enchantment of a place Fretboard is! The baristas are all very kind, friendly and talented, and their drinks are delicious (I got a honey lavender latte, and it was a dream!) The space is so cozy and welcoming, with lots of nice seating options a very calm, pleasant atmosphere, and soothing, pretty decor. A great place to study, work, or come to chat with a friend. Highly recommend!“

“I had never tried Ethiopian food and after visiting Mahi's, I sure am glad I gave it a shot!
I got the sample platter for 3 and my group was able to try 6 different dishes.
There was so much flavor in every single one. And I can say without a doubt that there was not a single dish that I did not like. However, my favorite of the 6 was the Sega Alicha Wot. (Beef stew with a lot of spices)
If you're new to Ethiopian food, the owner Mahi is very willing to provide good recommendations based off your spice tolerance and vegan or non vegan preferences.

“I love Ellianna’s donut shop. Glazed is my favorite. Some say they are all the same but believe me they are not and I will drive 5.5 miles and past several other places that have donuts to get the best in town. Yummy.“

“The partners at this location are awesome. The team clearly gets along and works well together and it shows. It creates a rest experience for the customer. Extra points to them for doing a Komodo Dragon coffee tasting for me. As a past partner, this has always been one of my favorites and I haven’t had it in years. Such a kind action“

“Before heading back to STL I drove thru Starbucks for my morning coffee. I prefer one of my STL favorite's, Kaldi's Coffee, yet Starbuck's won out do to it's location and drive-thru convenience. The Drive Thru line was extremely long, but moved fast. My Iced Latte hit the spot.“

“I go to this scooters coffee everyday and sometimes twice a day. I easily spend 15,000 a year at this establishment. The staff is always accommodating to my drink needs. I am rarely seen without scooters coffee in my hand. Recently I ordered my drink inside the restaurant, I recived a sad drink with light whipped cream. Charlie, an employee I have known to do good things noticed my frown, and filled my whipped cream to the top. This goes above my expectations. I was waiting for the line to empty to ask for more, Charlie stopped filled it up and sent me on my way. As I said they are accommodating. There are new employees at times that may not realize the happiness a beautiful drink can make. Don’t be angry when I ask for a new one or a change because I expect what I’m paying for to meet expectations your store promises to deliver. This is why I go everyday. For coffee happiness. Thanks to an amazing team always willing to serve and be very friendly while doing it. I would also like to spotlight a girl with a septum and cool jewelry in drive through in the mornings and the girl in the afternoon with leather stands in her hair. They are always doing the window with such an amazing attitude. Keep making coffee drink art.“

There was this one older guy making coffee… honestly, he made the whole experience feel warm and memorable ☕❤️

I’ve passed through this town before without stopping, but this time I did… and wow
It has that simple, cozy everyday life vibe — cars passing by 🚙, people walking 🚶♀️, trees everywhere 🌲, sidewalks, small-town energy 🏡✨
