I'd gladly venture as far as saying it felt closer to home than any house I resided in during my stay in Missouri. Its not just in the drinks, music, or the atmosphere. It's not all because of the man that say down and told me about his over 500 days of backpacking he'd recently completed right before relating over both having a flight to Colorado the following week. It may be a large part, but it's not all due to my boy cookin up fire tacos on the grill out front. Its the way everything comes together to make you feel like your loved and surrounded by family even though you're a long, long ways from home. I will add in now that I'm writing this from my couch at home overlooking Pikes Peak, but I'll always be looking forward to the next song or picking circle, the next fire, the next story, and the next delicious brew with everyone at Point Labaddie!“

“We had our son and daughter in law’s rehearsal dinner at Mellow Mushroom and boy, did we choose a great place! They had us all set up for 25 people beautifully when we arrived and was quickly introduced to our amazing server, Katie. Between her and her crew of helpers (for lack of a better word), we were taken care of so well. Tara, the bartender also tended to us with quick and excellent service. The general manager Ahmad checked on us several times to be sure we were happy and everyone was taken care of. Food and drinks were quickly and deliciously served and enjoyed. The atmosphere is so fun and upbeat. I don’t think we had one problem (except us being 7 minutes late - so sorry about that!!). We go to Mellow Mushroom as a couple and a family and now we can add as a wedding party and extended family. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!“

I must say the food was really good but, our appetizer came out which was the spicy Mac & cheese bites, they were good but cold in the center. I let the waitress know and she apologized. She took them back and bought a freshly made order and they were steaming hot and excellent! I got the double smash burger, which was really good, but it was cooked more like a regular hamburger because on a Smashburger the edges are crispy which adds to the flavor. My hamburger SB edges, even though it was a really good burger! I I would still recommend eating here because the food is really good and the service is excellent! I get it some days,there are off days and maybe that’s what happened. But we will definitely be back!“

On multiple occasions I’ve asked questions through either Facebook or messenger and they are always responsive. I even mentioned I loved a new beer, and would love to see it in cans. A couple weeks later, the owner messaged me and said they are canning some!Great place for apps and good beer. the new ownership is awesome.Maybe one day they will bring back the OG curry specials for the cold winter months ??? but until then, their pizza and smash burgers are great.“

“I 100% recommend Sunisa's. Took my children (10yr old and 8 yr old) for lunch and they loved it. My daughter ordered The Cucumber Salad and me and my son ordered the yellow curry. The waiter who was very kind and helpful did let me know the curry was spicy when my son ordered it but my son loves spicy food so it was ok. We loved all of it. My daughter even closed her eyes on her first bite to savor the taste of her salad and tried to figure out what the delicious sauce was made of.
