“Great place for a date night. We made the reservation online the same day with no problems (it was a Tuesday though). Weekends need to be reserved in advance.
Teddy greeted us and showed the games and how everything works there. He is super nice and friendly! Our server Tamara was very prompt and nice. I can see how busy this place can be but on a week night it is lively but not super busy.

The service is superb, the design is great, the food and drinks are good. Happy hour is until 6 pm.“

“Love this place! The ambiance is nice for date or girls nights. Crab cake is delicious although the portion is small. The salmon chips are really good too. My date had the steak which was pretty good but he felt the steak was too small. This location is more spacious than the downtown location. However, the view is better at the downtown location.“

“Go to this bar. Bike parking right up front, every band I've seen so far are all very good, I immediately made friends with everyone there, I became family in 3 visits. Everyone watches out for everyone, no fights, drinks are very reasonable, there's good parking around back. The bar owner Judy commands respect and everyone loves her. If you like slayer, and pink Floyd, and grateful dead, and megadeth, this is the bar. I'd say it's my favorite bar period.“

“Cellar House is my favorite restaurant in South County by a wiiiiide margin! I try to stop in at least once every couple of months and make it my business to always attend their pop-up dining events. Cellar House features an ever-evolving seasonal menu with new offerings every quarter as well as menu staples that never get old. The Tuna Sliders are an entree favorite of mine and the goat cheese and brussel sprouts appetizers never disappoint. The flatbreads are always creative and flavorful as well. For dessert I’m always ordering the bread pudding if it’s on the menu!

Though the food is fabulous I’m a sucker for their creative cocktail selections and no matter what I choose it doesn’t seem like they can mix a bad one. I particularly love their bourbon and mezcal cocktails. And during the holiday pop-up there’s always a flaming drink to be had. I’m a sucker for an aromatic herb smoke to accompany my cocktail.

Finally, we have to talk about the staff. The servers, bartenders, and hosts are never anything but kind, warm, and helpful. Shout out to Jose for being the absolute best as well. And of course the owner is almost always present to welcome diners and is himself just such a sweet person. If you dine here you’ll be made to feel like family and the entire atmosphere is so inviting and comfortable.“

“Picture this: Sunday afternoon, sun shining, light wind blowing, and the perfect seat on a rooftop patio! The atmosphere was wonderful. The food was beyond delicious. I experienced the chicken and waffles. I was blown away because they used chicken thighs, my favorite chicken parts. I also tried the avocado smash with home fries. Again my taste buds were so satisfied! A special thank you to Dorian who made us feel welcomed and shared a couple laughs with us. “When I walked in, I realized the place was packed, but we were hoping the wait wasn't too long, they quoted 45 minutes, which was a little too long for us. There was 5 of us and we decided to sit at the bar. And I'm sure glad we did. We had a bartender, I forgot her name, but she had purple hair, she was the absolute best. Not only did she make amazing drinks, she made sure our food came out right and hot. She also entertained us the whole time we were there, by engaging in conversations. You don't see that very much these days. If there was a word better than perfect, that's how I would describe it. I'll definitely be sitting at the bar more often.“
