“Note: my family has been coming to JJ'S for over twenty years & have known the owners for much longer. We have our regular staff who knows us very well. It is that type of place. The food is extremely good with a variety few others' offer. Decent prices with good portions. Pepsi products is another plus for us. Try it, you'll like it!“

“It's a very quaint and cool place to eat. The come straight out to your car to take your order and bring the food back out to you in your car. I was told that they've been around since the 1940s, same owners and all. They have awesome food and service and they're not very expensive at all.. I give them 5 thumbs up.“

“This is our first time trying EC’s Bar & Grill. We had a Large Deluxe pizza with Provel cheese, and it was wonderful! We also had a side salad, which was very fresh and good! The restaurant is extremely clean, and they did a great job remodeling the old IMO’s Pizza. All their food looks amazing! They have a great variety of food! If you haven’t tried it, you must! Extremely nice family owned restaurant! You will LOVE IT!“

“Had breakfast at IHOP after we all landed at the STL airport. Not a lot of breakfast spots are open at 6am but IHOP was. There was only one server for the entire restaurant but she was making it all happen. She was very efficient with all of her tables and was moving really quickly to get everyone served in a timely manner. We were in and out of there in 30-45 mins and enjoyed this spot before heading out for the weekend. We ordered classic pancakes and breakfasts. They were all good meal for IHop“

“I ordered the corned beef sandwich with french fries and a pickle spear. I received a thick stack of corned beef which was nice. The corned beef had more fat in it than I like. The french fries were not cooked enough. I could tell by the color then confirmed when I bit into them. The french fries did not have the crunchy texture although they were seasoned well. I received great service at the bar. The restaurant has a fun vibe to it. They have a very large parking lot in front of the restaurant.“

“The food is so darn good!!!! I’ve had the burgers and the wings and can’t go wrong with either! The homemade ranch is to diiiiiiiiiiiiiiie for, so freaking good! “I usually have a good experience here, but I would recommend ordering when you get there and not online. Their online ordering system isn't very streamlined and they don't seem to know when you get there to pick up your food, so I waited 20 minutes to get cold food. There are no pickup instructions when ordering online either so I don't know if I could have gone through the drive thru and maybe that would have been better.“

“My first time there. we got it to go. It was a little above average, but not what it has been hyped up to be. My burger had hard edges, beyond crispy. Fries were hard and no salt. shake was the best part of the meal. $60 for three meals is way overpriced. And they initially packed the shakes in the sane bag as the hot food! I had them take them out and put into a drink carrier. Who puts cold and hot together? It is adequate, but I will not go back for those prices.“

“This particular location had been hiring people who clearly either didn't care about service or just lacked basic understanding and experience. I came here recently with a friend and I'm happy to share that I would say their servers and people that are hiring have changed for the better, even as a fast food restaurant I'm happy to see that higher standards are trying to be kept especially as I see Culver's as a step up from your standard McDonald's or Wendy's.“

“I had given up on steak n shake years ago but decided to give the one on first capital in St chsrles mo a chance and the food was fresh and quick, the place was clean and the ordering system worked well but most of all the staff was excellent! Great job!“

“I was worried they would go out of business, but some how, this place has gotten it together. Hamburgers are just like the old days thin, well done with crispy edges. French fries are usually very good. Buns get a little greasy, but overall a huge improvement over a yr ago!!! Chili is great. Order takers are nice, friendly and efficient. This is not fast food, it's food made to order remember that please.

Parking: Plenty of parking on side and a few places in front of restuarant.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and there is a lids menu.“

“During these trying times and uncertainty many places you fear going to. I have to say after my visit I found the staff courteous polite and extremely professional. They were masked up and took the situation of covid seriously. Our food came out hot and fresh. While there was a bit of a wait in the drive thru line it went pretty fast. The line was a bit long but that usually means that they are doing something right and the food was worth the wait. Will be visiting again. Keep up the good work. -Jason“

“This was an older IHOP with a blue a-frame roof and smaller than the new ones. The restaurant was like 50 away from I-170, so it was an urban feel. The restrooms were accessible through the kitchen, which was unusual. The food was good and the service was friendly. A very nostalgic IHOP.“
