“Note: my family has been coming to JJ'S for over twenty years & have known the owners for much longer. We have our regular staff who knows us very well. It is that type of place. The food is extremely good with a variety few others' offer. Decent prices with good portions. Pepsi products is another plus for us. Try it, you'll like it!“

“Smashburger has always been a favorite restaurant of mine. The burgers are always so flavorful and have some great toppings and great options. I have noticed that they changed their menu recently and taken off some of the items that I will usually get. I would not have to Find a new favorite. I do love their brussels sprouts but sometimes they can't be a little salty. Their sweet potato fries are also good. Usually, they are pretty fast with their service, but if there are a few more people there, they seem to be a little slower.“

“Just ate here for the first time and it was really good. Got the bacon cheeseburger and cinnamon sugar bites with a side of icing. Everything was good. A little pricey for fast food but that's the world we live in now. Only complaint is the icing would've been better warmed up but still delicious and the staff were super friendly.“

“My daughter ate at the Denver Airport Shake shack and was so impressed, she looked for one here in St. Louis/St.Charles, MO. We found one 20 min from our house and she was thrilled. We drove there to pick up the online order for 6 of us. We put the very wide bag on the back seat and came home. When we opened the car door the bag fell out and so did all the food. The fries were in a box so they were fine. The aoili opened and most spilled out and the burgers, that were just in a very small bag fellnon the concrete. We had to cut the burgers to eat only the part that remained in the bag. I am surprised that they don't wrap there to go ordered burgers. I guess the bag is ok for in house but no for travel. Also the bag that the burgers were in was so flimsy and cheap. We paid a lot of money and would have been saved of they had some kind of wrap for the burgers and a better bag. Aside from that the burgers we salvaged were amazing. I hope they change the way they wrap their to go orders.“

“The food is absolutely delicious! They have in-store seating. We had to wait awhile for our food, but I think it's because we got there when several of the cooks were on lunch break. Their gyro burger is delicious, and the tzatziki is fresh and flavorful.

Vegetarian options: They have several falafel dishes, all of which looked super yummy.“

“I usually have a good experience here, but I would recommend ordering when you get there and not online. Their online ordering system isn't very streamlined and they don't seem to know when you get there to pick up your food, so I waited 20 minutes to get cold food. There are no pickup instructions when ordering online either so I don't know if I could have gone through the drive thru and maybe that would have been better.“

Parking: There are lots of spots in front, including two specifically for curbside pick-ups.

Kid-friendliness: The menu includes kids' meals and yummy custard treats. I've seen kids here lots of times.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to worry about, and there are spots designated for handicap only right by the door. There is also a handicap stall in the restroom.“

PS: they give all attetion fast we walked in imdeatily got seated and had good eats. If your into sports or other tv streamed things great for that overall 1 through 100 it would be 10,000 forsure. Anyways yea great serveice great food theres like 5 or 6 tvs for entertainment Seats clean windows clean plates clean and of course cups and tables ae clean aswell sorry its very long review but to many good things shall I say perfect things“

“My first time there. we got it to go. It was a little above average, but not what it has been hyped up to be. My burger had hard edges, beyond crispy. Fries were hard and no salt. shake was the best part of the meal. $60 for three meals is way overpriced. And they initially packed the shakes in the sane bag as the hot food! I had them take them out and put into a drink carrier. Who puts cold and hot together? It is adequate, but I will not go back for those prices.“

“I was worried they would go out of business, but some how, this place has gotten it together. Hamburgers are just like the old days thin, well done with crispy edges. French fries are usually very good. Buns get a little greasy, but overall a huge improvement over a yr ago!!! Chili is great. Order takers are nice, friendly and efficient. This is not fast food, it's food made to order remember that please.

Parking: Plenty of parking on side and a few places in front of restuarant.

“During these trying times and uncertainty many places you fear going to. I have to say after my visit I found the staff courteous polite and extremely professional. They were masked up and took the situation of covid seriously. Our food came out hot and fresh. While there was a bit of a wait in the drive thru line it went pretty fast. “I am basing my review on comparing this IHOP to other IHOP’s. My son and I have been coming to this location for nearly a decade. I love that it has that nostalgic vibe, the facility itself is still an old school IHOP/Diner. They have freshened up their restrooms which is nice. The restaurant was clean. The food was what we expected. The service was ok. We will definitely go back.

Parking: They have a small parking lot so when it’s busy you almost always have to find a meter on the street.

Kid-friendliness: It’s IHOP. It’s definitely kid friendly. Coloring sheets, sugar, and clean bathrooms what more can a kid or parent ask for.“
