“We tried several dishes while visiting this city. Everything we ordered was made fresh, and tasted great. For all the business they get daily they definitely need a bigger space. People are literally on top of each other waiting on food. And parking is crazy. Other than that amazing food and service. It is not wheelchair accessible. They have a huge step to get into the building. Hopefully no one forgets that would be an ugly fall“

I am a 23yr chef, ServSafe Proctor and Instructor, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. It was the work morale that stood out first that drew attention to the exceptional cleanliness and organization of the store both BOH & FOH. Outstanding Lee’s Crew!!

“The lobby was close approx. 7:10 PM CST. I'm grateful for the supervisor who showed patience when explaining they were short staffed. I was bit annoyed I wasn't able to come into the lobby to add a few sides to my order. The supervisor handle the situation with grace.“

“My mother called to place a large order fot a babyshower and a man(sounded Caucasian) was very rude and hung up on. I called back after learning of this and asked for a manager. He said he was the manager, I then asked for OWNER he asked what did I want. I explained to him what he had just did..He said sure did and hung up on me. These people are very unprofessional and rude but want OUR dollars!!“

“I've never gone to Lee's fried chicken and received a bad meal before.I was just out done. The chicken was very dark, and I couldn't tell that the oil needed to be changed . The flour needed changing also. There were clumps of breading on the chicken. And in the box.If I did not live so far away , I would have returned it. We managed to eat it because it was late and it was edible . But not up to Lee's standards. I worked for the company before in a manager position. So I know the standards . That was not it.“

“Been years since I been inside this place for food, then when I seen it back open I went inside to order and what was a walk up window in front was gone and an entire bar magically appeared when I opened the door, didn't look anything like it used to look. I seen vinyl records on the he wall behind the DJ area that was by 1 of the front windows the other front window area looked like a small section for a dance floor. The Bar was in the Rear and yes the still serve the food. It was early afternoon if it was even past noon when I discovered the new renovated "Arkansas Fried Chicken" I can't wait to visit it at night. Ow & check it out.“

“I was driving down West Florissant and needed to get gas and use the restroom, stopped at 2 gas stations, and neither one had a public restroom available. So I went to Lee's, and theirs was a lifesaver!!!The restroom was clean and smelled fresh!! I made a purchase and the food was hot and delicious!! The cashier stopped his stocking and immediately waited on us. Thank You!!!!“

“I usually go to the churches on North Grand but this time I went on North Kingshighways and the chicken was fresh my fried okra was cooked fresh also. And the customer service was pleasant. This is where I'll be going for now own. Now the only thing I notice that the chicken was smaller and that's everywhere and that's probably from us still dealing with the pandemic and that's not there fault. Keep up the Great Job.“

“Sandwiches were great, nuggets were huge and good but not as good as the sandwiches. Value knocked it down a star though as it was a little pricey for what you got ($1 for a small sauce seemed excessive). $60 for 4 for fried chicken lunch is definitely on the high side.“
