“We loved this gem! We stubbled across this cafe when walking downtown Branson Sunday morning. We were seated right away, food was on our table in under 10 min and it was a wonderful comfort food option! Very reasonably priced and our party of 4 left 4 empty plates!“

“We had dinner there when we were in Branson and it was great! I was busy talking and didn't eat much so the waiter asked if my food was okay he said I didn't have to pay if I didn't like it. I told him it was fine I was just talking a lot I took the meal to go and enjoyed it later. The Flaming Margaritas were amazing!“

“My regular concrete was half full. It tasted great, but c'mon. We had already waited 15 minutes unnecessarily. The lady who handed it to me was nice and seemed overworked, which is the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars. Most of their staff looked like they were in the 11-14 age range. Realistic? No. Of course not. But they were spending more time walking around slowly with orders and dropping things and laughing about it than moving the line.“

“Disrespectful, waste of money, and ESPECIALLY a waste of time. I was there for 1 hour and 30 minutes just to eat.“
“First, we love the unique concept of the College of the Ozarks and The Keeter Center. They offer a remarkable dining experience intertwined with a unique educational model. What makes this place extraordinary is its commitment to providing tuition-free education for full-time students by requiring them to work 15 hours a week on campus and two 40-hour work weeks during breaks. This hands-on approach extends to the Keeter Center's culinary offerings, featuring produce from the campus garden, hydroponics from campus greenhouses, campus-raised pork products, and an array of student-made goods such as fruit spreads and milled items. Our meal began on a high note with an assortment of freshly baked goods. We indulged in their warm, fluffy rolls, delightful cornmeal biscuits, and wonderfully tart crumbly cranberry biscuits. Each biscuit and roll was accompanied by a triad of butters--homemade, strawberry, and apple. The butters were a flavorful addition that elevated the humble bread starters to a gourmet level, particularly the strawberry butter, which provided a perfect blend of sweetness and creaminess. My wife chose the Keeter "Que-Bano", a creative spin on the classic Cuban sandwich. This sandwich was a symphony of flavors and textures: smoked pulled pork and charred andouille sausage provided a rich, smoky base, complemented by the tanginess of Swiss cheese and the slight bite of caramelized onions. Crispy fried jalapeños added a spicy crunch, balanced by the acidity of dill pickles, all brought together by a tangy deli-style mustard. Encased in a warm, grilled hoagie bun, this sandwich was both hearty and satisfying, a perfect example of comfort food with a twist. I opted for the Mediterranean Vegetable Pasta, a dish that promised freshness and vibrancy. The pappardelle pasta was perfectly al dente, serving as the ideal backdrop for a medley of Mediterranean vegetables--kalamata olives, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, artichoke hearts, roasted fennel, and zucchini. The capers and fresh basil provided bursts of flavor, while the marinara sauce tied everything together with its rich, tomatoey goodness. Topped with green onions and a generous dusting of Parmesan cheese, the dish was a beautifully composed vegetarian option that didn't skimp on taste. My children ordered from the children's menu and ended their meal with fresh ice cream from the campus creamery. Dining at the Keeter Center is more than just enjoying a meal; it's an immersion into a community that values hard work, sustainability, and quality education. The use of fresh, campus-sourced ingredients is evident in every bite, making this a dining experience that not only satisfies the palate but also warms the heart. Whether you are a visitor to Branson or a local, the Keeter Center offers an opportunity to savor delicious food while supporting a noble cause. Highly recommended!“

“I’m not a big fan of seafood, so this will be a different kind of review for this restaurant. I took my wife and daughter this past weekend since my wife is a big fan of Joe’s Crab Shack. Everything was great, service was awesome, and my wife really enjoyed the fresh oysters and her seafood boil. I actually just ordered a burger and had super low expectations (burger in a seafood restaurant….). The burger was fantastic, above average, and I’ve had burgers at “burger” restaurants that were not nearly as good. Five stars all around!“

“First time visiting and we loved it! The vibes are amazing- honestly the best service I’ve had in such a long time. It was a dreary day and Raina and SJ’s upbeat personalities immediately lifted our spirits. We ordered Italian beef paninis with Parmesan fries and it was delicious. We will definitely be back!“

“Billy Bob’s Dairyland is a gem in Branson! My daughter and I had a delightful experience that we can’t wait to share. Sitting at the counter, we watched our food being freshly prepared – an experience that added so much charm to our visit. The atmosphere is a nostalgic trip down memory lane, filled with reminders of Elvis, Big Boy, Betty Boop, classic Coke memorabilia, and race car vibes, making it a fun and inviting place to dine.
We ordered a double cheeseburger and a strawberry malt. To our pleasant surprise, the staff offered to split both the burger and the malt for us. This thoughtful gesture made our experience feel even more special. And let’s talk about the food – the burger was absolutely delicious, and from what I’ve heard, it’s no wonder it’s set to be voted the best burger in Branson for seven consecutive years! The strawberry malt was equally delightful, and having it split made it the perfect treat to share.
I also had the pleasure of speaking with Don, the owner. He was incredibly kind and genuinely interested in knowing how we enjoyed our meal. He interacted warmly with my daughter, making us feel truly welcome. And perhaps the most impressive part of all was how impeccably clean the restaurant was. It’s clear that the team takes pride in maintaining a spotless environment, and I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciated that. Billy Bob’s Dairyland is a must-visit for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch cleanliness!“
“Really good breakfast food and we loved the live music!“

“Great restaurant. It has some really good food. The fried chicken is phenomenal and so is the fried pork chops. The only opportunity I have is consistency I've been there a few times and when they are good they are great but on the other occasion, it was fine.“

“Out of my 12 years, 11 months, 6 days, this has been the best buger EVER! The sauce is perfect with the bacon and the pickles add so much crunch to the whole thing. The buger was huge I could barely bite it. Five stars. The waiting room did smell off though.?“

“I’m a Branson local. This was my first trip to Mountaintop Grill. I’ve been to Top of the Rock many times. This was pretty comparable. We got greeted promptly by a golf cart shuttle for curbside service which was very nice. The entry is grand and standing out looking over the ozarks is pretty breathtaking. It was a work lunch and we sat out on the deck. The views are of course absolutely spectacular. Our server was nice but a little slow. We had a larger group of 9 people. The food was amazing. I had the chicken sandwich and the fried pickles appetizer. Price per person is on the higher side compared to a lot of restaurants you’ll find in Branson but this is a great place to splurge and just enjoy a little finer experience in dining.
Parking: Plenty of parking during lunch. Even had shuttle service from the parking lot to the front which was very prompt and much appreciated“

“I was on vacation in Branson, MO, when I went there. I wasn't very hungry, so I just ordered a bowl of chili. It was very good, except that I don't like beans in my chili. However, I ate it because it tasted so good. I pushed the beans aside. This fast food place used to be here in Louisiana, in my town, but it closed down. Now that I tasted their chili, I wish they were still here. Also, I was happy to see that they had a Nutella shake.“

“My boyfriend and I came from Springfield down to Branson to golf and this is the first place we wanted to stop at to grab food. Their sandwiches are truly the best and the place is kept very well. The food is absolutely delicious, and the portions are generous. By far, the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been in. Definitely will stop here whenever we can to support this business!!“

“Downstairs from the Osage Restaurant is the Buffalo Bar, a great alternative to the restaurant if you do not have the required reservation at the Osage. The establishment is only open between the hours of 4 pm and 9 pm, however, tables are abundant inside and on the huge patio. On clear evenings chances are good that you will be seated quickly.
On our visit, the hostess showed us to our table within a minute of arriving. Before long our server Makayla welcomed us and enquired if we knew what we wanted to drink. The punctual service continued without our meal which began with delicious complimentary mini loaves of fresh bread and rosemary honey butter. Such a fantastic way to start a meal.
This unique rustic, western-themed bar is just as much a restaurant as it is a bar; in fact, it features the same menu as the restaurant above it. If you looking for a cheap meal, you won't find it here, however, you will get a meal and an atmosphere that would put a smile on the late President “Teddy” Roosevelt's face. Yes, your wallet may groan a bit when you pay for this five-star meal but your tastebuds screaming for joy will drown it out.
To keep the billfold moans down, I decided to skip the very tempting beef options and go for the bone-in pork chop. Because the sides were $12 a piece, I opted for just one: the roasted corn. My girlfriend got the roasted chicken and did not notice that the sides were not included, so she ordered the sweet potato mash and the crispy Brussels sprouts. Everything was amazing and full of flavor!!
The pork chop was cooked as I ordered it, keeping its moisture and tenderness. It was easy to cut with a butter knife. Her roasted chicken was the same, just as sweet and juicy, not under or overcooked. The sides hit the spot as well. Even the pickled pears they garnished my plate with went well with the pork chop and the divine chocked cherry dipping sauce.
Thank you Makayla for doing an excellent job keeping us happy and kudos to the chef for the meal that I will always try to achieve from my own grill.“

“During a recent trip to Branson, had a pretty nice dinner with my wife. For starters, were were seated and given a nice cornbread appetizer. It was OK, but nothing terribly spectacular. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, which had tomatoes on it.......not terrible, but was peculiar. Finally, the main course, my wife had the mahi mahi with shrimp and sauce. Her fish was overcooked but the sauce was to her satisfaction. I had the Kansas City Strip with Crab Cake and mashed potatoes, and was very pleased with the cook (it should be noted that I am somewhat of a steak snob, so a cook to impress me is quite some doing).“
