“Our server Quincy was fantastic. The food, with the exception of the burnt end stew was good. The burnt end stew had very little meat or vegetables. It was basically a fat laden gravy with a little fatty meat. Would not recommend it. The barbecued shrimp appetizer was delicious, as of course the mushrooms and onion rings were too.“

Despite the ongoing Farmer’s Market construction in the area, this charming family-owned Italian gem truly shines. The catering was no different, she helped me plan a variety of entrees to be served buffet style for a group of 30 (mostly men) and executed it beautifully with leftovers. Their authentic dishes, with rich yet perfectly balanced, flavorful pastas and sauces, are crafted with fresh ingredients and love. “Jack Stack was my first KC bbq experience 16 years ago, and continues to be my favorite! They introduced me to burnt ends and they were amazing again. I recommend the beef burnt ends but imagine the pork are great as well. We also had the crown prime which is amazing. It is a $16 up charge, but worth every penny. It is so tender and flavorful. I've never seen anything like it at any other barbecue restaurant.The baked beans, Brussels sprouts appetizer and homemade dressings are amazing sides to the bbq that is as good as it gets.“

“Enjoying lunch with the birthday ladies. A Quaint little spot in belton with comfortable wholesome feel. We had Strawberry bouche mocktail was refreshing and the chicken fried chicken, fried fish, greens, mashed potato and the gravy was (their words made with love) Mac and cheese was excellent. The Burgers still rock and hand cut fries with each order! The pizza I will try out. The beer is Ice cold the place is just! Great hometown atmosphere. Great food. I watched many a royals game here thoughout the years. Even though I don't live in Waldo anymore. I still make the drive to this place no question!“

We frequent both the Wasilla Alaska and Palmer Alaska locations & each time we have a good experience. Yesterday we had an extra great experience! “We were in town visiting for a Chiefs game and my husband wanted a good pork tenderloin sandwich before we headed back home and I found Conroy’s, they had one on the menu, let me tell you this place is 🔥. I had the 1/2 Reuben and Potato leek soup and WOW, best I’ve ever had! Husband enjoyed his sandwich very much and the onion rings were also 10/10! When I make my way back to KC I may eat every meal here! So good!“

“All I can say is WOW! My husband & I went here for the first time last Friday and from the moment we stepped it we had the best dining experience we’ve ever had in the Kansas City area. Our server was Kortney and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She was attentive and made sure we were happy with our experience. Our drinks were always refilled at the halfway point, she checked on us at all of the perfect times and it was clear she was on top of it! She was friendly, attentive, & provided some seriously top-notch service. We ordered the crap dip to start and oh my goodness it was so delicious we were tempted to order another or. The dip was overflowing the bowl and everything was so FRESH. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and he said it was literally melting in his mouth. I ordered the roots burger and was impressed that someone could take a cheeseburger & make it THAT GOOD. We will absolutely be back! From the atmosphere to the service to the food - EVERY single aspect exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend this place enough!“
