“Great location! The people here are always friendly and make me feel welcome. The food is fresh, hot and tasty.

I usually use the drive through but the other day there was a long drive thru line so I went in and saw them in action… I was so impressed with how they worked as a team and how fast their hands were moving to knock out several big orders. “I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich with tomatoes, provolone cheese, tikka masala sauce, crispy onions, banana peppers and salt and pepper with a side of sun chips and a Coke. 15 dollars! It was a quick, cheap lunch with friendly, fast service and the owner is so sweet! The atmosphere is perfect for students with ambient music and plenty of seating. It’s very quiet and peaceful, and they seem to have student discounts! If you’re a student, try it out. Otherwise I will be back!“

“I swung by for a quick bite and I kept it simple with a Chicken Sandwich, Nuggets Meal, and an order of Waffle Potato Fries, and each one was fresh and satisfying. The Chicken Sandwich was juicy with that classic seasoned breading and crisp pickles that make it so good every time. The Nuggets were tender on the inside with a nice crispy coating on the outside. The Waffle Fries were hot, crunchy, and perfectly salted. Even though it was busy, the staff stayed friendly and moved the line quickly, and my order came out accurate. It was just an easy, dependable meal that tasted exactly how you want it to.“

I’ve visited the Chick-fil-A in Arnold, Missouri, many times, and it continues to impress me. Even during the busiest lunch rush, the drive-thru moves with impressive efficiency. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.

A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!

“Came in exspecting hot just fine on some chicken fish gyros salad with the Chicago flavor maybe,since I am from Chicago,not only did Malik and family match the Chicago flavor swag.they made me feel like a family member coming over to have a family meal. “After a disappointing experience at a neighboring restaurant, I thought I'd drop on fazolis. I walked in to a line of 6 people. I was nervous. Immediately Thomas D began taking everyone's orders in a happy cherry tone. It was encouraging. I asked and he told me there were 3 employees running everything. “We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. Completely disrespectful & Canes needs to get rid of any employee that treats their customers like that when the customer has a valid complaint like we did. We did call corporate so they will be looking into it. Shame on that kid!!!!“

“It's a Taco Bell.... but, for a Taco Bell, it's typically on the cleaner end with friendly and fast service. Also, they usually put the right amount of each topping on your items. Every once in awhile you'll get the wrong item or a topping you didn't want or ask for..... but for the most part, the Columbia Taco Bell is on the upper part of my list.“

“Okay, so MOST of the time when we get fast food.....it's just a hurried order and FAST experience.....like fast food in general and most of the employees....like not that their rude....just getting people in & out. Ya know? Tonite we went to Arby's here in Arnold and it was like a whole DIFFERENT experience! “Could tell drive through lady was just having an off night we were there pretty late though so it is kinda to be expected she remained very friendly and professional she did messy up the order but tried over and over to correct it we assured and the manager that was standing close by it was not a big deal she had simply for got to ring in some milk shakes we assured them we could just come back through the drive through and order them when we was ready to eat them maybe 5 or 10 minutes later a knock on the window and it was the manger with two complimentary shakes the kind we had tried to order earlier and never received we gave them a tip and was very appreciative of the shakes (I don't diner at Lions Choice but it was a great experience“

“I noticed this location one day heading to mall. My husband enjoys hot chicken so i told him there was one closer than Chesterfield. We came here on a Saturday evening. They weren't busy or crowded. We were able to place our order right away. We waited about 10 minutes for our order to be completed.

The food was hot, fresh, and had the right amount of spice. I ordered the #3, which came with one tender,one chicken sandwich, and fries. I opted to go hot. The spice was there but no to over powering on the chicken tender. The sandwich for some reason was hotter than expected. The fries were cooked perfectly, and the pickles are always so delicious.

There's plenty of seating inside, very clean, and staff was very friendly and ensured all the orders were correct!“

“Tonight a large group of children from the ages of 10 to 18 came to this location to celebrate the end of a 6 show weekend. There were about 30 kids and about 7 parents.

We were greeted with warmth and welcoming hospitality. We knew our orders were going to bombard the kitchen, and we hoped that they would not be annoyed with us. It was exactly the opposite the manager, and the staff continuously checked in with us and apologized for the long wait. But no one even noticed the wait time. Y’all had a place to sit down and connect with one another to celebrate closing night and we are super grateful.

Everyone got their food and ice cream and we left super happy. This location is so lucky to have so many hardworking teammates!“

“I’ve been coming to this Sonic location on and off for over 5 years, and I honestly can’t recall a single noticeably bad experience. Most of my visits are in the morning for breakfast, and they have consistently done an outstanding job—especially with the breakfast burritos.

The food is always hot, fresh, and made with great attention to quality. I also want to highlight the blonde carhop who’s been working most mornings for as long as I can remember. She is always very friendly, fast, and ensures my order is perfect every time.

I placed our order online as we left the airport, but forgot to change the time we'd be at the restaurant. I called and I'm assuming it was Josie who answered (got her name from my receipt) - she was so sweet and accommodating and said she'd hold the order until closer to 1am. When we pulled in, they were in the process of making our order. The food was hot, fresh, and they definitely didn't skimp on the portions!
