“I had a great experience at Freddy’s today! I came in for ice cream and fries and had a free large fries reward through the app. Before paying, I verified with Austin that the reward was available, and he confirmed it. Unfortunately, when the transaction went through, the reward didn’t apply.

What impressed me most was how the team handled the situation. Austin immediately recognized the issue and took the initiative to notify the manager so they could find me and make it right. Tyler, the manager, promptly followed up with us and took care of everything on their end to resolve the issue.

Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a business responds. Austin and Tyler showed excellent customer service, accountability, and genuine care for their customers. I was honestly impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled everything.

Great job to both of them and the Freddy’s team! This kind of customer service deserves recognition. I’ll gladly be back!“

“Edit, 10/02/2026 . We have them another shot. Stingy people with the bread. 2 people 3 pieces. Tea wasn't good, food was barely average. It isn't getting better. Sad!!The food was good until we went to box it up and found hair in the food. Yes cooked in . However they discounted the meal. The server was great and the surroundings were good. I'd still recommend eating there. They just need to work on that one problem.“

“Julie G was an awesome server. A couple years ago we tried this place, had a poor experience, but this was an impressive 180 from that last visit. Julie greeted us at the door, took our drink order as we got seated. She was super on top of everything we needed, drink refills, extra dipping sauce, bottomless meal deal refills, and helped to close out our check proactively so we didn't have to wait to leave. Food was all really good, and for a family of 6 the bill was only $130.“
