“I used to like coming here but when we got our spaghetti dishes and the pasta texture was coarse and inedible, I was told their pasta is perfect because no one else complained about it. It wasn't the waitress... she was very pleasant... this was the female manager who runs the front of the house who challenged me like that. I didn't argue, just paid our tab and left. That was enough for me to chalk this place off simply because there are better options in Springfield with friendlier managers.“

The food was excellent too, but service makes all the difference in the world and it shows. Side note for the management, aside from giving her a raise, the sticky tables need some help.“
