“You can't go to Sam's Club without stopping by the cafe for a tastey, super affordable snack. It's the only reason my kids ever tag along. The service is friendly and fast. The prices stay low. So it's a win for me and the kids.

“Ariel was so friendly and personable. 5 stars.In a world where it seems like employees at chains could care less, Ariel greeted me with a smile and asked how my holiday was. Later, as I worked from a table, I saw some kids come in, acting a little obnoxious and asking for water (without buying anything). She was so patient, and treated them with kindness, not lecturing them about having to buy something to get a cup of water, but treated them like 10 or 12 year olds who were just out having fun and not really understanding how business works.Good on Ariel and good on this Starbucks for hiring her. The world needs more people like this, and corporate chains need to do whatever it takes to single out these type of people and make sure they have jobs (and make sure they are promoted).Great experience, and brightened my day!“

“Son and I love this place! There is no better Customer Service than this place! Rudy is the friendliest and most helpful gentleman you'll ever meet. We met Talia yesterday and her Service and smile was very welcoming. 😊 My son works nights and he loves the sandwiches, especially the new B.E.C. I jump on the hash with a couple over easy. “This place is the jewel of the neighborhood and of KCNE. Here, not only good things happen, but they are possible because of the owner’s mission of creating a place for making dreamers’ dream a reality. From providing a space for yoga, meditation, selling crafts, singing, delicious healthy food and drinks plus all his employees are happy people and soon greet you by name. Vegans and organics are safe here too. Without PH Coffee the Art Garden would not have had the necessary support and resources it needed to start and grow. Thank you Eric!“

“I think research is decent but I will say the charge nurse Lauren is rude and hostile ! Slamming doors in visitors faces and talking to visitors extremely rude. 0/10 I don’t recommend her !“
