“I have been missing Indian food since moving home after living in KC for almost 10 years. I was so thrilled when this place opened. Even my husband loves it and has requestes this on date nights. We’ve had the chicken tikka masala and chicken vindaloo and both were amazing. We also love the naan. Everything we’ve had has been delicious. The restaurant itself is clean and staff friendly. Definitely try it. You won’t be disappointed.“

“Very nice quiet restaurant. Servers were extremely nice and everyone seemed to take pride in their job from the hostess to the waitress to the cook. The burritos were very delicious and the sweet tea wasn't extremely sweet but still southern sweet tea. I travel through Jefferson City fairly often and will definitely be stopping again.“

“Restaurant with a sports bar atmosphere. Great service and the meatball appetizer was so delicious. We ordered a gyro and pepperoni & sausage calzone with fries as a side. All of the food was really good, hubby says sausage had a really good taste in the calzone. It wasn't the best gyro I've had but it was good. Fries were also very good, crunchy with seasoning. We ordered a Greek-style pizza to go. Unfortunately, the crust was cracker-like and not our favorite. We'll definitely stop again for the meatballs!“

“I have lived in Jefferson City all my life and this week was my first time visiting Towne Grill. I don’t know how it was with previous owners, but this place was the perfect spot for breakfast. Friendly and clean, and the biscuits and gravy were delicious. Thank you, John Walker and staff!“

“Got the ribeye, some fries, a lava cake for my father, and a strawberry shortcake - the meal was 50 bucks total after tip, I split the steak with my father. The portion sizes are large enough to be split between 2 people, so it's about 25 per person on average - some of the best steak I've ever had.

I recommend it - just get it medium. They undergrill slightly, so if you like medium rare, just ask for it medium.“

She met us at our table, explained their process for food allergies, and ensured me that the kitchen staff had been notified. She personally delivered his food and checked in on us. Eating out when your child has life threatening food allergies is terrifying, and something we rarely do. So THANK YOU, Kim!! “Me and my family had the best time. The customer service was outstanding, and our food came out hot, delicious, and fast. I ordered the Gyro Bratwurst and it was absolutely worth it. I couldn't believe how similar to a actual Gyro it was. I was also able to try the bacon bomb cheeseburger and it was so good I ordered it the next day at lunch. We took my father who was recovering in the hospital a order of buffalo wings, and he said hands down the best wings he has ever had. He loved them so much that when he was released from the hospital he ordered 4 orders of wing to take home and freeze to enjoy whenever he wants. Prison Brews has became one of our favorite places to eat when visiting Jeff City!!! I can't wait to try other menu items when we come back! Such a great environment as well, very relaxing.“

“My family came on a Wednesday night. Initially we were thinking because its the middle of the week that it wouldnt be that busy. The parking lot was jam packed. We decided to go in anyways. Boy am i glad we didn the resurant is very lovely the staff is friendly and we didnt have to wait. Our food was out within 15 mins max. If youre looking for good fast food with a home cooked feel. “Great fresh food.! I was one of their first customers when they first opened for business and never any regrets other than the bathroom odor. I watched them bring fresh pots and pots of re-fills. I invited many people to this restaurant and not one time ever regretted it. My husband feels it is the best eating place that he has ever eat at. “A very solid choice close to US 54 and the newer Courtyard Marriott. My wife and I were pleased with the menu options, and it was in a very nicely restored older commercial building. It’s generally a sports bar, but a more subdued one than many. Good option for a relatively quick meal and then back on the road.“
