“I’ve been eating at this Chick-fil-A since they opened and I have never had a single issue. Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.
Chick-fil-A is known for having the best customer service out there, but I want the recognition to go to those who deserve it. This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I am leaving an and you can see all of my reviews. I am very honest about everything. Keep up the good work you guys are amazing.“

“I ordered two kid meals, but they accidentally gave me grilled nuggets instead of the fried ones that my kids prefer. Additionally, the soda lids weren’t properly closed, resulting in a mess all over my front seat. Despite these issues, I’m giving them a four-star rating because the staff is consistently friendly and treats their customers with great care.“

“I usually don’t leave reviews unless it is exceptional or absolutely horrible. We went in about 9:45 in the morning and were immediately greeted by Mathew. He was professional, courteous, funny, and seemed to really enjoy his job. The service and food were absolutely exceptional. It was the BEST Chick fil a food I have ever had. It is rare to find a restaurant, let alone a fast food restaurant, that is located on a busy street with great service and food! Keep up the great work Mathew!!! You’re doing great!! Give him a raise!!“

🍟 The fries were crispy, golden, crunchy, and absolutely amazing.
🍗 The chicken bites weren’t really my cup of tea, but my friend’s sandwich was a hit. She was raving about it.
👯♀️ For big groups, seating can be a bit of a squeeze, there’s basically just one table for a larger group. We had to shove two together and ended up a little snug.

“1 of very few places that still sells chicken gizzards & livers. Fan of Lee's (location not important) Famous Fried Chicken for over 50 years. Best chicken fried steak, bar none, I have ever eaten.
With so many more fried chicken chains open today, I'm so glad Lee's is 1 of 4 chicken places in existence from my childhood. All 4 still offer better tasting chicken than the new chains.
Parking: All locations. Closest to me is Arnold. Worth the 1-1/2 hr drive. Wish St. Francois Co. would open a few.

“I usually go to the churches on North Grand but this time I went on North Kingshighways and the chicken was fresh my fried okra was cooked fresh also. And the customer service was pleasant. This is where I'll be going for now own. Now the only thing I notice that the chicken was smaller and that's everywhere and that's probably from us still dealing with the pandemic and that's not there fault. Keep up the Great Job.“

“Absolutely love raising canes chicken.
The tenders are always fresh, don't understand how they do it.
Almost every where else you have an occasional bad visit. Where the food is cool or the fries are warm.
But it has never happened at canes to me before and I eat there about 9 x a month
And the dipping sauce is used on everything. Fries, bread and tenders“
