“Need a break from the Broadway crowds? Wander over to The Arcade! We were actually on a mission to find a drink 🍹 and ended up discovering one of the cutest hidden spots downtown.
We stopped at Urban Cowboy for a drink, but the real surprise was the variety of restaurants and unique little shops tucked inside. It’s the perfect place to escape the heat, browse around, and pretend you’re “just looking.” (We all know how that usually ends. 😂)

“During my visit to Applebee’s, I had one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time because of our server. She was a young woman whose name started with the letter “S.” I wish I could remember her full name because she truly deserves the recognition. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and a positive attitude that made us feel welcome. She was kind, patient, and attentive throughout our entire meal. She checked on us regularly without being overwhelming, made sure our drinks were always filled, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. What stood out most was how genuine she was. She didn’t just do her job she made us feel like valued guests. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed calm, friendly, and professional while giving every table great service. Her upbeat personality made the experience even more enjoyable, and it was clear that she cared about making sure her customers had a great visit. Excellent customer service can completely change a dining experience, and she proved that. Because of her kindness, efficiency, and welcoming attitude, our meal was memorable for all the right reasons. Employees like her are the reason customers choose to come back.
