“I drove 30 minutes to be able to try the Venezuelan sweets and savory food. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! The bread that was used for the food is very soft and tastes fresh. You can really tell that the food is made with a lot of care. Some of my personal favorites are the cachitos filled with ham and bacon and turkey and cream cheese. “The cookies at Crumbl are absolutely delicious. I have never been disappointed by them. I've never had a more perfect cookie and they're well worth the price. The only thing you should avoid is the cookie happy hour. I'd rather pay full price than deal with the madness. Unfortunately, the customer service also goes down the toilet during this time. I've always had pleasant experiences with Crumbl when it wasn't happy hour. I'm sure the staff feels the pressure from the crowd wanting their sweets.

“I want to say THANK YOU!!! I Just left the Dierbergs location in Des Peres and had the BEST customer service EVER!!! I was looking for beef short ribs. I asked the meat counter gentleman. he walked over with me to the place they should have been. there was only 1 pack and I really needed 3-5 pounds. he was nice enough to not only go see if he had any in the freezer but he also cut them and from full ribs. To me this is real customer service! This is just one example on why I drive past 4 other grocery stores to come to this location. THANK YOU for having the BEST employees!!!“

The woman I spoke to on the phone was nice and asked if I needed it earlier? I told her I was just confirming it would be ready at 5pm and she confirmed yes. When I arrived at 5:30, I picked up the cookie cake and the gentleman on duty was polite. The cookie cookie was delish and just like I remember as a kid.
