She doesn’t know about this.” From that moment on, the staff went above and beyond for us. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. While my wife was admiring the beautiful and cozy atmosphere, the staff gave me the reassuring “we got you” signal, allowing me to sit back, relax, and enjoy the night with her. They have a place and you'll find them here. Impeccable service. Impeccable dining. And they were spot on about the prime rib. This is the best I've had since Vegas in 1996. “This is my favorite restaurant for a nice meal. Whenever I am in town with customers, I always take them to Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill. The food is superb. The atmosphere is very pleasant and warm which sets the tone to a very enjoyable night. The coffee crusted center cut is a must try. It absolutely melts in your mouth and super flavorful. Their house old fashion is one of the best old fashions I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a spectacular experience.“

We were there celebrating my final treatment at Siteman Cancer Center. Linda was our waitress who was not only thorough with her job but engaged wonderfully in conversation with us. The food was outstanding from the salad to the steak. And when we had finished our meal, Linda brought us a large plate of chocolate cake and ice cream for us to celebrate my day. She also had a card that the entire crew working that day had signed! We never expected anything like this and were so impressed with our service.
