“2.5 years ago when I last reviewed this place it was terrible. I went back today to give it another try and they've really turned it around!! Their veggies were fresh, tea is actually brewed for the first time in years. And the lady who made my sub did a fantastic job! Expert sandwich artist.

“Live the spicey Italian sub's, loaded with black olives, pepperoncinis, provel cheese, in a Italian herb and cheese bread! Delicious!! And you can make it one meal or two all by itself. They've got all you can drink sofa and vitamin water, Mellow Yellow being my favorite. And both the chocolate chip and white macadamia but cookies are on point! I'll take three to go! The cookies always seem to be freshly made. And both the gentleman who took and made my orders were kind, fast, and friendly. A1 for customer service! Five stars!“

“Adriana’s is my family’s favorite spot to go to for lunch. The menu choices never fail, it’s reasonably priced, friendly staff and clean. It can get very noisy around lunchtime, but the food is so worth it. Over the more than thirty times I’ve visited, I’ve never been disappointed by the food. If you love fantastic Italian food at reasonable prices, try them out. You won’t be disappointed.“

“Gioia’s Winghaven is our go to for sandwiches! Always get the order correct, always timely service, always wonderful customer service, always delicious! The only complaint is I can’t have them on Sunday! :( We’ve tried to go back to other sandwich shops on a Sunday and it never compares to Gioia’s. “Worked here for many years, Kipp and his family have always been great to me. Now, I get the pleasure of taking my family in anytime we are in the city! If you’re going to the zoo, this is a must stop! If you’re going to the Cardinals game fill up here and you won’t regret it.“

“This location has always done a great job at being consistent and accurate with my orders. Picklemans is a solid sandwich chain, they have a lot of sub sandwiches to pick from. I personally love their Italian beef with spicy gardenia peppers. They have a fantastic bread that’s soft and delicious. They also have great peppers here and you can get a jar of them too. My wife really loves their meatball and she just won’t try anything else. I have also tried their buffalo chicken sub and well anything else that’s spicy and love it all. We also very much enjoyed their pizza. The service here is usually fast and efficient and well everything hits here. Also the service is generally polite and friendly. The location itself is a decent size, they have space to dine in and plenty of parking in their shopping center.“

“Not a bad Chicken Club at all with thick juicy chunks of white chicken, plenty of imitation bacon bits and a good mix of lettuce and a small but flavorful Thousand Island and the Ravioli is nicely aldente' and sank in plenty of sauce. The service was great, even late, and the restaurant was in good shape. The price is what got to me. Honesty, I was kicking myself in the buttocks because it was $18 for this meal and no drink when, with all do respect, a can of Chef Boyardi and a Pre-Packed Deli salad would have been about $7 and basically the equivalent. I'm just saying. I do appreciate the work this crew does here but realistically it's pretty pricey. I didn't feel bad at all for sitting down with my own can drink.“

“The lady inside was SO NICE and personable. My fiance had gone in to get our food while I tended to our baby and he ended up getting my sandwich toasted. I can’t eat warm meat so I took it back in myself and explained to her about my issue and she fixed it no problem and didn’t argue at all even tho it was definitely our fault!

She said she has recently become full owner of the shop and she’s doing a fantastic job! Come support this small business!!!“

“Proper old school diner with the kind of filling food you would hope to find. Only draw back is no all day breakfast, but the lunch fare was more than worth missing out. The bacon cheeseburger was somehow both a delightful fried and crispy flat top smash burger and the kind of thick patty you'd usually find in one of those $20 'gourmet' burger joints.“

“This was the first Lion’s Choice I ate at probably around 40 years ago. This particular spot has always been my favorite although I frequent many St Louis area locations. “We love their loaded sub! I raved about it so much that my husband decided to try it, which is completely out of the norm. Now, we travel from about 20 miles away just for these great sandwiches! I should tell you I'm not a huge sandwich fan, so this says a lot. The bagels are fantastic also, and I am a very particular about needing chewy bagels. The carrot cake cheesecake was also excellent, but it truly is not cheesecake. it is simply carrot cake but it's very good!“

“This place is fantastic. Where else can you get a delicious gyro the size of a mountain, a banging hot Italian sub and a grilled chicken wrap a five year old will eat? Our food came out fast, hot and delicious.

Great service from the family who run the place as well, very kind and hardworking. I'll definitely be supporting this business as a recent transplant who has been searching for places like this.“

“The server was down for most of the St.Louis locations and the pickup order I thought I had placed using a gift card didn't go through, so it wasn't ready when I got there. They tried to work with me and Amanda patiently tried to get it all entered for me, but it wouldn't go through correctly. The manager made it right by taking care of the bill and letting me know that they want my business and knew I had been waiting and had ordered it through the app. Amanda later came back to my table to check on me. I will definitely keep coming back and it's close to home, they are very nice, and the food is good. I was at the Des Peres location.“

“Jersey Mike's on Lindbergh was clean, employees were all professional and friendly. I had never been to one but friends raved about how great the sandwiches tasted. All my questions were answered. I picked four types and was pleased. Fresh bread and meat. I watched as sandwiches were made. Everyone at poker enjoyed them. Philly steak was delicious, very popular. Ham and cheese and roast beef with provolone followed by premier club were the choices. Oh, I purchased a BLT for dinner at home later....yum.“
