“I remember hearing about this place years ago but never went. It popped up on my FYP on TikTok so I decided to give it a try. My family and I drove down on a Saturday around 12:30. Not sure where it was exactly, we ended up driving by it and having to turn around. There is only street parking available so we parked 1/2 a block up and walked down. We weren’t the only ones who did. The steady flow of people coming in and out was a lot. Good for business. They only accept cash, which is good to know beforehand. We ordered the famous pork tenderloin, a cheeseburger and fries. Everything is alacarte. Which is also good to know beforehand.
The tenderloin had good flavor but was fried very hard. My husband enjoyed his but said it was too spicy, he had the hot sauce. Overall, it was good. Glad we finally tried it.“

“If you enjoy a healthy and less expense alternative to Jersey micks or sub way good cents is the place to go. I’ve been going semi often many times it’s three to two times a week and let me tell you based off other fast food experiences you might run into this good cents has none of that, the store smells amazing just when you walk in let alone actual bite and eat a sandwich or sub and the employees are very kind even opening the door for me one time (lol) anyway I recommend this place if you have a appetite for a sub sandwich and you won’t regret it.“

“The individual at the cashier was very helpful and polite. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10p. I arrived right on time; however, the order was not ready. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. When I arrived at my office (about 5 minutes later) my food was still warm. Overall, a great experience.“

“I go here about once a week. Two months or so ago I walked in and one of the workers - I don't know her name but she's almost always there during lunch hour - called me by name, which pleasantly surprised me. She may be one of the managers, I'm not sure.

While I'm there relatively frequently, and while remembering a regular customer's name used to be the norm, you don't get that a lot these days from anywhere. I appreciated the attention to detail and just the general customer service attitude. Sometimes it's the small things, not just the main product.“

“Staff has always been very prompt, pleasant and professional. We order online and have had nice looking sandwiches every time with a copious amount of toppings and sauce like we order and pay for and the orders are ready when I show up. Very clean and maintained shop.

My only knock is that Subway portions are not competitive with the industry. The sandwiches would be better if you standard put an extra few slices of meat and cheese. The customer always has to order double and ends up with a sandwich not worth the cost.“

This man put effort into getting the better leaves and pieces of veggies so I had a satisfactory sandwich, really I couldn’t have done better myself. “I'd like to say that I have ordered from this location over a dozen times, and really never had any issues.....until yesterday. I called in an order of 5 sandwiches, they were very quick with the delivery, and incredibly friendly. On our $38 order, we tipped the driver over $12. Later we begin to unwrap our sandwiches, and found that 3 out of the 5 were made incorrectly. Next thing we know there is another knock at our front door, with a Jimmy John's driver handing me another sandwich to correct one made wrong. However that replacement sandwich was still wrong. Now with that being said - I am not a big complainer. I appreciate the fast delivery, and I also appreciate the attempt to make our order right. However - 3 out of 5 sandwiches were made wrong, and while I appreciate the attempt to correct the issue, our ONE replacement sandwich was also wrong. Now I did not call and complain and demand that correct all sandwiches that were wrong - Quite frankly b/c it was dinner time and my crew was very hungry. And the sandwiches were still edible, just not the way we ordered them. In the future I will still order from this Jimmy John's, but will begin checking my order immediately, and calling as soon as I know something isn't correct. I would appreciate also in the future that the Jimmy John's employees take more time to review and ensure orders are correct before trying to be TOO FREAKY FAST. I love the fast delivery - but I do not like paying for something that I didn't order. Please Jimmy John's be more cautious when making the yummy sandwiches and everyone will be HAPPY!
