“This restaurant is one of those places that aren't right off the main road. You need to know the area well to have knowledge of its location or you will need Google to show you the way.

The morning I went, the place was busy and bustling with laughter and great conversation. We were able to seat ourselves and was abruptly waited on; not having to wait five to ten minutes while someone became aware of our presence like I figured would've happened.

The waitress was easy going, warmly, and welcoming. She took our orders and delivered our food as soon as our plates were ready.

I definitely recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a cozy, quaint, and small hometown like setting.“

“Had resv for 4:00 on a Sat, got there at 3:25 asked to sit at table to get drinks, told we could, then someone else said no since r resv wasn’t until 4:00. Said we could sit at bar but all tables in bar were taken! Freezing cold inside, put 7 of us at a table that would hold 10-12 people had to scoot down to other end to try and get warm. Food finally arrived way later than those around us! No one in the rest. hardly but we couldn’t sit at a table till 4:00. Not very friendly about it! Food not impressed with! Will not go back, done!“

“I've always loved the fish here. The fact that it's local caught is what I like. Last time we were there I noticed on their sign it said farm raised catfish etc. I thought that was strange. But I also noted a little sign that was hanging below the menu board, "blue cat fritters". That's what I ordered thinking they have to be local wild caught. I went next door to the market and took some pics. Products of Vietnam, China, and Argentina. Talked to owner Debbie as she was cutting up onions. I told her I ordered the blue cat assuming it was local wild caught which she confirmed. Told her my lil Princess wouldn't eat dirty fish caught out of the river she wanted the farm raised until she saw where it came from. Then we got our fish. I took one piece of mine and one of hers and split them gave her half of each and I tried a piece of both as well. Her not knowing which was which and she immediately declared the blue cat was the better of the two hands down no comparison. I realize they have to cater to their customers wants. But dang it. I come here for local fresh river fish not Vietnam, China, or other countries crap. This is America and a country boy will survive, even if I have to start catching my own fish again.“

“I go to Savor's on a weekly basis. The food is always great and the staff is friendly. If you haven't been or if it has been a while, please stop in, meet the staff and enjoy some great food! They also have a great happy hour every week day and on Saturdays.“

“Love love LOVE! My family (party of 8) recently came and dined in. We had two children with us. The customer service was phenomenal. They made us feel right at home and offered alternatives for the children. I have never been more impressed with food and service by any restaurant, anywhere. Thank you so much for welcoming us in and treating us like family. Food recommendations- We loved the Brussel sprouts appetizer and the Italian beef egg rolls. “We stopped in today for lunch with the kiddos we didn't get anything crazy to eat. But all of out food was hot and extremely good. It is 8pm now and my wife and I are still talking about this place. “We tried several dishes while visiting this city. Everything we ordered was made fresh, and tasted great. For all the business they get daily they definitely need a bigger space. People are literally on top of each other waiting on food. And parking is crazy. Other than that amazing food and service. It is not wheelchair accessible. They have a huge step to get into the building. Hopefully no one forgets that would be an ugly fall“

“Nice little joint off the strip in St Charles. We stopped on for a quick bite and received excellent service! The drinks were so good and the food was great quality. We were thinking it would level with bar food but it definitely exceeded our expectations. If you have not been do not sleep on this spot“

“The 2 for 27 menue is confusing. Told the waiter that that's what we wanted. Ordered, ate, also had $3 drink, she got pepsi we got the check and it was almost 50$. He said it was because berger was one price and steak another.
The menu is confusing, and I think staff should explain if someone is ordering from the two meals for 27$.“

“Food was great, service was minimal. Maybe the guy was new but he wasn't friendly at all. Never gave his name and was just overly dry. I guess that's to be expected when u come in late and they automatically apply 18% tip after hours. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Hubs and I enjoyed our food and it was hot and fresh. We both got the breakfast sampler. I asked for my receipt but he gave me the wrong one after I paid.“

“These guys are seriously under appreciated. It's 4:30 a.m. the place is packed. There are 3 workers. ( 1 of the 3 is off the clock & the other 2 have missed their break. They are ALL working hard and multi-tasking) The majority of the patrons are extremely rude and obviously trying to get free food while instigating and trying to start a fight with the employees. These guys are still smiling and completely professional. They need a raise. People around this area need to be grateful“
