“I had a fantastic Tuesday night dinner. They were offering a $30 3 Course Dinner, but I went with the $25 Pepperloin Steak.

Before ordering, I enjoyed a Tito's Extra Dry Martini with a Lemon Twist. The bartenders here are masters of their mixologist skills. Trust me I know, they've made my a lot of cocktails.

Once my entree arrived, I totally impressed with all three items. The asparagus was prepared perfectly. It wasn't too hard and not overly soft. It had just enough snap. The Loaded Baked Potato was the size of a fist, which is a perfect size. It was fluffy and was topped with butter, cheese and bacon. The steak was truly the piece of resistance. It was super tender and they served it a true medium rare. The kitchen truly knocked it out of the park with this meal. I was a happy diner.

Good food and good service will have me returning to Gentelin's, time and time again.“

I did take off a star because while we waited for 30 minutes to sit- I totally understand. They were busy. But it took 40 minutes to get our food. Great food! But the wait was very long.“

“my 4yr old grandson and I go there as often as we can. Great service and great food. Definitely beats McDonald's were he usually wants to go. He eats biscuits and gravy sausage links and fried potatoes there. when before we went there he wouldn't eat anything but McDonald's. so glad to have this place to go to. Last night neither of us enjoyed what we ordered, our fault, we both went against what we were going to originally order….we ate it, it’s fine, you live and learn. Our waitress is what left a bad taste. It’s like she instantly had something in her head about us or we weren’t one of her regulars that she had to cater to as she was sitting, laughing and chatting with those around us. Not friendly, short answers and would set our drinks down after being told thank you and just walk away. The only time there was even a hint of friendliness is when it came time to pay.“

“The Cabin is a great location for a good meal and some local entertainment. There are plenty of TVs for watching sports. There are three different seating areas inside, screened deck and outside deck. There are a few games setup for playing bags or bocce ball.“

The staff are all super friendly people. I would HIGHLY reccomend this place to ANYONE looking to have some great food, drinks, and fun. The hours are 11am to 11pm, kitchen is 11am to 10pm. this place is an absolute gem 💎.“

“Was at Edwardsville location on 3/5 for lunch. Don’t know the server’s name but she was terrific. Very genuinely friendly, not the fake kind a lot of servers portray. Food was fantastic and will make you want to return. The only complaint was the music, wasn’t the preferred old rock that was playing when first arrived.“

“If you like local dive bars and pizza this is the place to go. Their pizza is the bomb ? The staff is friendly and most of the regulars are too. Lol. They also have an AMI jukebox, an ATM machine, several TV screens to watch sports games, and video gambling machines. They have a back patio with seating for smokers and they usually have heat out back when they remember to refill the propane tanks. It’s usually just one bartender waiting on everyone and making the pizzas in their pizza oven. Drink a cold one and enjoy the atmosphere while you wait. ??“

“Every once in awhile they have a great deal. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving, it was. Everyone can bowl for $12 a person including their shoes as much as you want. Good deal!
The only thing I don't like is that we always have issues with the lanes not acting right. Like knocking down the second frame, the ball getting stuck, or it just stalls out and does nothing. But it's close and my grandchildren love to bowl.“

“OMG! The food is VERY TASTY, the staff are always welcoming. The owner makes you feel like your home with family. I live in the city, the food & service is worth the drive. Everything on the menu is delicious, it’s easy for me to spend $80-$110. I appreciate how they show your order before it’s bagged, it gives the customer the option to correct or ask questions on it. I’m familiar with the saying: ya can’t please everyone, it’s hard not to at Partner’s Fish & Grill unless you just wake up with issues everyday.

“Thoroughly enjoyed the food. It isn't the same and that's ok. Each burger was cooked to perfection. We had a salad bar which had a vast variety as well. Don't go in thinking you'll get the old burgers and you'll enjoy them as much as we did. Price was fair and service was solid. Will return!“

“For a dive sports bar, The Franchise puts on a good feed. The offerings are your typical sports bar grub, but it's prepared a level above other sports bars.

My recent visit I enjoyed the Pork Loin Sandwich. It was a typical pork tenderloin sandwich, extending beyond the bun. The one here is served grilled, not fried like the majority of other restaurants. The seasoning and glaze were full of flavor. It surprised me with how juicy and tender it was. If you're a fan of Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches, this is a must try.

A previous visit I had one of the steak specials. I ordered the 16 oz Filet and giggled when it was served. I was given two 8 oz filets on my plate. I didn't care, it still was 16 oz. It actually worked out for me, I ate one and took the other home and had steak and eggs for breakfast the next day. For my two sides, I choose Baked Potato and Green Beans. Half of the potato went home and gave me American Fried Potatoes for breakfast.

They have a good variety of beers on draft, bottled and canned. In addition, they offer a full bar for adult beverages.

The service is hit or miss. It was obvious who was a regular by the attention and quality of service they received. They need to treat everyone the same, so the newer customers become repeat customers, too.“
