“Very surprised by the many negative reviews. Every time I go to this location, I receive my food at a reasonable time. All my food is cooked to perfection and now my brother is addicted lol. The only thing I would change about this location is the bathrooms. They are quirky and could definitely use some renovations.“

“Just ate at the 78th and State location. Food was delicious. I had the 8 piece whole wings special for $8.99 and side order of livers. The breading is not heavy and both the wings and livers were nice and crispy. The wife had the tenders combo and the tenders were a good size. She liked the taste and lite batter. Will definitely go back. I need to try the fish. Other customers raved about the fish. Staff were very nice and friendly. They cook your food to order so expect to wait. Definitely worth the wait in my opinion.“

“We were in the pool and wanted pizza! Didn’t want to leave the pool so placed our order for delivery via the app. Left a comment to bring it to the pool. 100% in shock when I saw the pizza delivery guy coming on back for poolside delivery! What! Who does that? Pizza Hut at Hollywood Blvd in Lee’s Summit that’s who! We are regular customers and this just reminded me why! Truly above and beyond! Wow!!! 💯🍕❤️“

“Honestly, Pizza Hut was pretty good. The pizza came hot, the cheese was melted good, and the crust had a nice flavor. The toppings were decent and everything tasted fresh. It wasn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had, but it definitely did the job and I’d order it again. I’d give it like an 8/10.“

“Everything was prepared very well and was hot. Placed order online to be ready in 10 min however it was 15 minutes when we got there, they weren't overly busy, and they started fixing it as I checked in. Good value (way cheaper than Popeyes).Fantastic okra!!“

“I found a HUMAN HAIR ON MY PIZZA from this Pizza Hut on Wornall Rd on Aug 28, 2026. It was not mine, and it was just sitting in the middle like it had been placed there. I didn't see it until I'd eaten two pieces already, and when I realized I wanted to throw up over the place. The female employe did it I'm sure, she had not been too friendly when I picked the pizza up and quickly turned away when I opened the box to take a quick peek. ABSOLTUELY DISGUSTING, PLEASE CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!! When I wrote the corporate they couldn't even be bothered to respond!!“

“GAME DAY-GO CHIEFS!! Shout out to Pizza Hut Manager at 350 Blue Parkway Lees Summit MO. I messed up an order. The Manager at Pizza Hut Blue Parkway took my order and allowed deductions for my pizza and birthday dessert. Thank you Mr. Manager. Made my day, I don’t have to go out and get something else!! “As far as delivery pizza goes, they are consistently the lowest wait times in the area. Even on busy Friday and Saturday nights, they are around 30 minutes. They are fast and friendly and the couple times we've had issues with our order, they always make it right.“

“Tyler is the best Pizza Hut chef I've come across in sometime . Knows how to cook that garlic parm pizza just right and Destiny has the customer service skills of a SAINT really impressed me with the service felt like the 90s again on this trip“

“I have been ordering online and picking up a carry out order from this location for over five years. The pizzas have always been very tasty and ready when promised give or take five minutes. I have no issues with the carry out service from this location. The dining room, however, does not look very inviting to me. It just seems kind of dingy. I've never eaten in the dining room and don't intend to.“
