Cannot recommend enough, you will not be disappointed! Also, her communication was super quick, which was great because I only gave her about 3 days of lead time ? 10/10 will be return customer!“

“I came to Morgana’s from Illinois, just outside St. Louis, MO. As a person living with Celiac disease this place seriously changed my life. We have NOTHING like this anywhere near me. I haven’t eaten out, let alone baked goods, since being diagnosed. I have been thinking about the croissants since my last bite. I also learned of a gluten free expo in the area from a flyer that I’ll be returning to the area for. Friendly atmosphere, adorable shop, incredible food.“

I always only buy about 20 items or less and before, I would get stuck waiting for a very long time to check out behind people with their carts fully loaded and even worse than that people would hold spots in line for a family member that would come over 20 minutes later with a fully loaded cart and cut in front of me. but now I wait less than a few minutes in line every time I go there and just use self checkout. so I think that is great and makes stopping in just to get stuff for lunch not so painful. I often go here during my lunch hour now and can make it home with a couple weeks of goceries, have lunch, and still have time left to chill before the next meeting.“

“We felt so silly running all over Kansas City tasting cakes when Bloom was right around the corner from us the whole time! As beautiful as it was delicious, our 2-tiered wedding cake & dessert bar was conceptualized & baked by Bloom Baking Company. Our dessert bar included: mini tarts, macarons, brownies & lemon bars. Cake tastings are $25 & goes towards the price of the cake. After inquiring online & our tasting, Sarah quickly set-up an in-person meeting to review our ideas, make suggestions & put together an invoice. Sarah & her team were incredibly thoughtful & considerate of both our desires & budget. Thank you Bloom Baking Company for creating such a delightful dessert experience for us & our guests. Not a bite went to waste! Our only regret is not ordering more! Looking forward to the next time I can taste Bloom!“

“Andrea’s baking skills are far and above anyone else we considered going with for our Wedding cake. She’s a low sugar natural baker and we loved that some of the ingredients came from her own garden. We felt the flavor choices were excellent, and ended up going with Grand Marnier, Strawberry Balsamic, and Applesauce! Not only was the taste of the cake amazing, Andrea’s decorating skills and creativity were above and beyond our expectations. She gave us exactly what we wanted and it was a beautiful cake.“

“We ordered cinnamon roles to be picked up a day in advance for a brunch we were hosting. We had ordered from the catering menu. We received a call from store manager Eric the morning before picking up our order. He recognized that we were likely ordering food for the next day given our pickup time was 5pm. He talked to us about our order and revised it to cinnaPacks to save money. I felt this was great customer service to take the time to make these alterations to our order. I picked up my order and food was ready when I got there. Of course, the roles are delicious! And the cold brew was good too. I believe Cinnabon rolls are consistently good most places that you go. But customer service at this location takes it up a notch! Well done.“

“I had a hard day and needed a pick me up, so I decided to go get a cinnamon roll. It was exactly what I wanted, the pastry was hand rolled, dripping with cinnamon, sugar and butter. You could see each individual layer, simply baked with love! It was huge, well worth every penny, and I enjoyed every bite. The owner was in the kitchen and I asked if he would come over to meet me, he did and I complemented him on his food and the time and passion he put into each roll. We laughed and talked for a while. I told him that I drive past several locations just to specifically come to his because of the consistency of his products. He thanked me, I thanked him and my day was a little brighter!“

“We loved our macaron tower from CakeRef Bakery for our wedding! Joseph did a fantastic job throughout the whole process with communication and ensured we got everything we wanted. He matched our dusty blue wedding color perfectly! He took the time and care to deliver and set up the tower at the venue. It was one less thing I had to worry about on such a busy day. I have no complaints about working with him and plan to continue to treat myself to some macarons in the future!“
