They made us buy a whole bottle of Freddy's sauce because they were out ?! They were also out of cheese curds.I think they were just too lazy to make them. Just an awful experience.“

“Whatever happened to the days when you could go in and be greeted. Nobody at the register stood there or min , and not one employee spoke to us. They were busy filling drive thru and door dash orders. We finally just left without getting a chance to order.“

“Large, well lit and clean location with plenty of seating and great service. The little lady that manages the place is on point and on top of everything making sure orders are correct and on time. Good is consistently good and the mobile app has done great deals. It's worth a few minutes drive to Raytown!“

“5/5/2024: This is honestly a very good location, the only complaint I've got is they're usually always slow, no matter what you order or what time of day I've been. I'm not sure if they're that short of employees or if they just don't schedule enough people, but more employees should help with the speed of service, which in turn will increase your productivity and increase your customer satisfaction and then you'll increase your profits ? that's my personal opinion thou“
