“We ate at La Belle Vie this morning and were amazed at the portion sizes, how well seasoned everything was and the cook on our food. The coffee was delicious and they even make their own chai which is the best we’ve had at any coffee shop. We make our own and are quite picky and would absolutely order again! We are self proclaimed food snobs who have catered small and large events with everything made from scratch. This is now one of our favorite places and we’re so happy to have found them. The service was friendly and helpful. We met the owners who are absolute gems and their staff exudes the same happy, friendly attitude. Must try. Must go back again and again. “This coffee shop inside of Waypoint church is pretty neat. They have outdoor and comfy indoor seatings. Regardless of you’re going to this church or not, it’s a very nice coffee shop to spend time with friends/family, read a book or study/work here. They have a good drink menu and pastries/breakfast items. We got the Strawberry Lemon Sparker, hot chai latte and banana bread (vegan). All were good. Service was great and inviting.

Doug was my cashier and the way he treated me I would think that man could guide anyone through any problem. “I stopped going to Starbucks bc of union busting and many other reasons, but I went this past weekend bc I just needed fast caffeine! The drive thru person taking orders was SO uplifting, kind and genuinely made my day better. It’s so rare to have such a positive interaction these days and it was truly special to me. If Starbucks let its workers unionize and I’d visit regularly again.“

“No drive-thru and the parking lot isn't great. There's almost always right in front of Starbucks thanks to designated parking for Starbucks customers, but there is typically only one entrance to the lot (from Clayton Rd) and the lanes are very narrow.

The staff here are friendly, coffee is always delicious, and mobile orders are typically filled quickly. I had one long wait a year ago, but have been back several times since and my coffee is always ready when I arrive.“

“I was greeted by almost everyone working. It was very warm and welcoming. The person who took my order was very cold and kept repeating that I can place my order while they were away from the computer. Didn't love that. Drink was great though!“

“In terms of staff they’re AMAZINGGGGG. However, when I was there the customers were SO rude to the workers. Do better people they are trying their hardest. Customers are always missing the order box, leaving trash on the tables, and just being flat out disrespectful when there is a wait longer than 5 min. I pay all my respect to these workers!!!

“Picked up a dozen Halloween doughnuts for my wife’s class. The only Halloween doughnuts was the spider ones. So I bought a dozen and the first thing the kids noticed was the spider only had 6 legs on the doughnuts. Small mistake but was noticed and your website showed 8 legs on the doughnut“

“I came to the Starbucks today to the drive-through and I ordered a Venti strawberry açai refresher and when I brought it home and was eating the dried strawberries in it I found a rotten dried strawberry. I called up the store and asked if I could get a new drink or refund and the person who answered the phone was very nice cordial professional and helpful. I went back to the store and they were able to give me a brand new drink. Eli was the worker who helped me, he answered the phone and made me a brand new drink. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I didn’t really want to be a Karen but I still called anyway and they were very nice about😅“

He was able to be brave at the big bad vets office and all his shots(Rock Road Animal Hospital, they are pawesome) with the promise of a Pup Cup from Starbucks. I asked for one at the drive thru along with my order and he lost his little doggy mind with excitement. The coveted Pup Cup was within mere licking distance! We pulled up and the lady in the drive thru hands me my coffee.... and nothing for Mr. Pig. He demanded that I turn around and let him talk to the manager about this grievous oversight however we settled on just writing this review. I hope Starbucks has not gotten rid of the Pup Cup, too many sweet babies out there are needing a pick me up after the vet....“

“I am beyond livid at the state of your freaking parking lot. The line was out of the parking lot. I was trying to get a bagel from your neighbor Panera and had to sit in my parking spot for 20 minutes trying to get out because your patrons are so incredibly rude and your parking/drive thru situation is ridiculous. I am no longer going to frequent your location (which I currently do almost daily) until you figure out some sort of traffic management system!“
