That's who it says on my ticket, and she was clearly stressed but trying to hide it, and she still made conversation with me and gave me good service which left a good impression on me. She was super kind and did an amazing job!“

“I used to like coming here but when we got our spaghetti dishes and the pasta texture was coarse and inedible, I was told their pasta is perfect because no one else complained about it. It wasn't the waitress... she was very pleasant... this was the female manager who runs the front of the house who challenged me like that. I didn't argue, just paid our tab and left. That was enough for me to chalk this place off simply because there are better options in Springfield with friendlier managers.“

I will be honest because I live in the area, that ive had bad experiences here but overall its been good. The people here dont get paid very much so what do you expect.
