Ordered on the Jersey Mike's app. After an hour, I called to see where the food was and they said it was still there at the store. They said door dash hadn't come to get it. They said the Jersey Mike's app was not theirs and they weren't responsible for what was on it. I called back after an hour and a half and I got the same story. I called back after 2 hours and asked them for a refund and they told me they couldn't give me a refund that I had to ask for it through the app....read full review
