“I did not really care for the chicken salad, cox hospital is better. Not saying it's terrible, but seemed dry and mixture is finaly ground like is was in a blender. The cheese broccoli soup was not up to par. Cookie was good. Doubt if I will go back. Wawa on easy coast is a lot better.“

“Goodcents, and this location in particular, is my go to sub shop. Its my favorite Italian since starting college in the 90s. Today I wanted to get an early start on Super Bowl Sunday and every page I could find said they were open at 10. Google, Facebook, Yelp and even their individual corporate page agreed that it was 10 instead of 11, but evidently no one told the manager or employees. I rolled up at 10:25 to find a couple employees working but doors locked. 3 other cars arrived and left because they weren't open. When the doors opened at 11, meat and toppings were still being prepped. I nearly walked out, but you know, hunger. My bread was stale, a first for this location. Normally a 9/10, but today 7/10, will still eat again.“

“I've been to many McAllister's around the country. This one was pretty typical as far as the food goes. It was tasty and presented well. It wasnt sloppy or careless. They definitely meet the standards in cleanliness and consistent food taste. This one however had exceptional service. The interactions with the staff were great. They were super friendly and personable. I could have hangout with the young man who took my order. So if you are a fan of McAllisters you certainly won't be disappointed. The staff here are exceptional.“

“I love a Goodcents sub. I have visited this location many times. Recently I went in at 7:10 PM. They close at 8PM. I opened the door to no one inside. About 30 seconds later a worker emerged from the back. He then proceeded to scoff at me being in the store, while slamming a pair of gloves on. I instantly left. He obviously did not want to make a sandwich. I get not wanting to make your work station dirty right before close, however, it was not close to 8pm yet. Crazy“

“Visited the store in Columbia, Missouri. Our first time in Springfield store. It’s my grandson‘s go to. Supposed to meet him for lunch, but we were late due to medical appointment. Two people splitting the large is lots of food unless you’re a big eater. recommend a smaller option. Place was busy with lots of takeaways.“

“I contacted the manager at the Kimbrough location before Thanksgiving to request an order that would be our Thanksgiving dinner. My son recently lost his wife and this was his first Thanksgiving without her (she was an incredible lady), so there was a lot of sadness in our hearts. So, because my son loves Firehouse Subs, that's what I wanted to do for him for Thanksgiving. The manager didn't even hesitate, she was more than willing to provide the sandwiches and she provided the ingredients so we could make our own sandwiches on Thanksgiving Day. When she called to tell me the food was ready for me to pick up Wednesday evening, she told me something I did not expect! She did not charge me for the food and it was such an extremely nice thing for her to do, it made me cry. When I told my son what Firehouse Subs did for us, he and I both cried, because it was such a kind, unexpected gesture and it helped so much when we were dealing with the loss of his wife during the holidays. It gave me some hope that there are good people still left in this world. Thank you to the Manager personally for this simple act of kindness you did for my family; and thank you to the entire staff for all of their help and patience when I was getting this ordered.“

“First time trying Firehouse subs. Had the 12inch Italian sub split in half for me & my fiance. We both loved it. Only thing, it was a to go order. By the time I got home in Nixa, the bottom bread was very soggy.
Otherwise, the flavors were delicious.

“We stopped into this subway for lunch between doctors appointments. It was very busy but one of the two employees working, Emily, provided incredible speed and service. She was clearly doing her shift with a newer or just slower employee and gracefully picked up the slack. We got through the line very quickly, which wouldn't have been possible without Emily's effort and dedication to giving every customer there a good experience. She made our order, and every other order we watched her take, perfectly and efficiently. She never missed a beat -- we were very impressed!“

“I rarely ever rate 5-stars, but I did today because of the sole employee in the store. Dillon is a great worker, with an even tempered demeanor and a good sense of humor. In spite of being on by himself, Dillon didn't get rattled when it got a little busier than it should have been. He explained his situation without complaining about being on by himself. Customer service is typically a thankless job, but this guy represents the best Subway has to offer. Hopefully someone sees this and gives Dillon the recognition he deserves.“

There the two that send them out. So I will be calling the other stores manager tomorrow morning and informing them off their employee but tonight he saved the day. However the real thing that made this experience unforgettable was the employee, Preston. “So.... it was 3 til close and I was slowly driving by like a creeper because I was scared of being too late and your employee, Dylan, saw my lost self so he waved me in through his fish bowl of a window letting me know I wouldn’t be a nuisance if I last minute came in. This dude was such a sweet soul and made me feel like I was not in the way of his closing routine. For years I had a bad review for this location but Dylan’s actions were enough for me to take my time to change my heart and leave a pleasant review for a location I despised. Thank you, Dylan!
