I didn’t get the guy at the counters name but he was super nice showing me my order and then bagging it up for me. Definitely gonna order again. Me and my kids love crumbl cookies.“

I had a birthday reward to redeem and went this past Saturday, and the front desk staff were so helpful and took time to explain all of the goodies in the bakery case. We got the cookie monster cookie bar, fudge brownie, and cookies and cream tiramisu cheesecake. Everything was to die for and HUGE portions! Will definitely be returning. 5 stars!“

“Wonderful donuts, the person who is usually there works so hard and is very personable. I do wish they would update their hours and closed times on Google. On more than one occasion I have made the time before work to pick up donuts for my office and have found it closed. They sell out of things early but that just shows how good they are and are trying to not have a bunch of waste at the end of the day.“

“My husband and I finally made our way there this morning. We were greeted by a very sweet young lady. She took the time to let us know about the bakery and special order options. We got cinnamon rolls, chocolate long johns and twist donuts. Everything was very tasty. My favorite was the cinnamon roll, they are large and absolutely delicious. There is a great selection of treats. The prices are very fair. It's wonderful to have this establishment in our community. If you haven't tried them yet. .. you are missing out! “I have been vegan for over 17 years, and have traveled worldwide as a foodie. Yummy Sweetcakes makes one of the BEST vegan cheesecakes that I have EVER tasted. And if you add flavor selections and the vegan plus gluten-free stuff??!! She then ascends to the number 1 spot WORLDWIDE! I also have a gluten allergy which causes some pretty painful symptoms, so it is beyond satisfying for me to be able to indulge in such sweet deliciousness as peach cobbler and Biscoff VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE CHEESECAKE. Whenever I stumble across a Yummy Sweetcakes stand at a fair, I make sure to stop by, and the owners are always so professional and polite. You can also order in advance for local pickup. They make it too easy for me to get my fix when I’m in town. Whole cheesecakes, slices, personal size cheesecakes, and even cupcake cheesecakes are available. My favorites are: orange dreamsicle, peach cobbler, Biscoff, triple chocolate, key lime, salted caramel, strawberry, and all the pumpkin varieties. This woman-owned small business has my gratitude and unwavering support. Be sure to try some for yourself and discover your favorites.“

“We eat at Zia’s for dinner quite a bit but seemed like we would always miss out on stopping here because it was later. However, this time we decided to get a late lunch and thought we made it over there in time. We missed them closing by 15-20min but the owner was still behind the counter. She specifically opened the door when she saw our disappointment. It was great getting to talk to her and hearing about her family’s history with the bakery. We picked up an apple strudel which was FANTASTIC. Definitely worth the stop if you are in The Hill area!“

“I am always so excited to see Cham Bakery at the WashU Farmer's Market. The first time I went I spent quite a bit of money but not because they are expensive but because I bought a lot. The Zaatar bread, Cheese Pide are exceptional. (I would have taken a picture of the Pide I bought today but sadly it was gone too soon. No, I didn't drop it. I ate it. ) The pita was great, the eggs were cooked perfectly and the seasoning was fantastic! The woman working the table is so polite and friendly. I believe her husband gets up early in the morning to bake. YES!! It's THAT fresh!!I'm looking forward to trying their hummus and other tasty morsels.I honestly can't recommend this food enough!!“

“Unequivocally one of the best Bosnian bakeries in St Louis. They bake their lepinja breads fresh on saturdays and the pitas will literally be hot to the touch and fresh out of the oven. There’s no menu but the bakers also make delectable burek that is sold out within minutes of opening at 9am, so you’ll either need to call in advance to order or get there right at opening time!“
