I'm a Dasher, went to this location to pickup an order - waited in line patiently to tell the short Black young lady taking orders that I had a DD pickup, without even checking she immediately says 'it ain't ready yet' & like always I say 'ok' & move to the side. This young lady purposely let the food sit while several other ppl came in, placed their order, got their food & left. I asked again about the food she said it still isn't ready. You reach voicemail when you call to ask if dining room is open, pretty poor leadership when they won't even answer the phone when a customer wants to know if they can dine in, will not waste my time,

I live very close to Captain Ds on Grand. I've tried to eat there about 3 or 4 times. They are always closed hours early. Suppose to be open until 10pm tonight they were closed before 8. Chairs on tables nobody in site. This has happened everyone. Never again. And the front doors have had boarded up Glas for months. Restraunt looks terrible
