By industries simple rule that the customer is key to the business success i think the management training to the site management and crew falls short.
The customer is purchasing food items with the known convenience of it being fast and order complete upon rendering payment.

Employees are great food was amazing
Dropped by to order my dad his favorite combo for Father's day and the cashier was so kind and uplifting. Wonderful customer service and my dad said the meal was delicious.

The restaurant is clean, and the staff, including friendly employees in mint green shirts, are attentive, making sure the food is top-quality. Customers have noted that the food can be very greasy, so it's wise to be prepared after enjoying the meals. The location is a nice option close to SLU Hospital. Many customers are glad to see Captain D's back in business and appreciate the effort of the staff, who consistently provide great service and delicious food.
