I love the chicken but most of the restaurants needs remodeling Serving food in dirty and grimy building Why ?Whose managing these companies Dirty floors the building are a complete mess Especially the ones in the city. I ordered through grubhub. I didn't receive my bottled water or condiments (ketchup and hot sauce). Then when I was eating my chicken breast, it had a nice size strip of hair up under the breading/crust which mean that the cook had to have hair or whoever battered the chicken since it was fried under the crust. The most horrible experience I had from Church's chicken. I been giving them such good reviews of their chicken.

Ordered from here yesterday. Usually chicken is pretty good. But my chicken was greasy and they didn't even season the chicken. Usually, I don't have a problem with their chicken. I ordered the 3 piece white meat, they gave me 1 breast & 2 small wings. When the wings are that small, they should give an extra wing.
