Our service here was phenomenal, by Ashley! She was the only server on the floor from 5pm until we left, waiting on approximately 30-50 people at any given time. She was kind, professional and she never once showed any signs of frustration or overwhelm. I’m leaving 5 stars because of Ashley and Ashley alone. I’m incredibly disappointed in the lack of support that was provided by her restaurant manager last night.
The food is delicious. The service is good when it's direct. But the staff would yell across us to each other. And very close to us, two (younger) employees were having a pretty loud conversation about personal things right in front of us. It was a bit uncomfortable but I didn't want to say anything and make it more awkward. We have gotten to go quite a bit. We have been coming to this Pasta House for over 25 years and our visit tonight was just perfect. Pre pandemic, we often ate every Friday and the restaurant was always busy with everyone really enjoying their dining experience. During pandemic we just got carry out and have just started eating in once again. The service, friendliness of the staff and food was just like it was before COVID-19. Congratulations on weathering the storm and continuing to provide excellent dining experiences.
