“I stopped by Crumbl this week because they were offering a free dirty soda while introducing their new drink menu. I was excited to give it a try since I love trying dirty sodas from different places.

Unfortunately, the soda selection available for the promotion was pretty limited. While there are a lot of options advertised online, only a handful were available with the free offer, and most of them contained coconut. Since I can’t have coconut, I was left with the root beer option, which isn’t really my favorite. Because of that, I don’t feel like I got a fair chance to experience what their dirty sodas have to offer, so I’ll probably stick with my usual local spots for those.

Now, the cookies are a completely different story.

Crumbl cookies are always delicious. They’re huge, rich, and definitely made for sharing (or saving half for later!). They’re one of our favorite treats for birthdays, celebrations, or just because. I have a teenager, and while flowers might not impress her, surprising her with a Crumbl cookie absolutely does.

Ordering through the app is always quick and easy, and my orders have consistently been accurate. The only thing I’d love to see improved is the rewards program. It doesn’t really give me much incentive to visit more often.

Overall, while I wasn’t sold on the dirty soda experience, Crumbl’s cookies continue to be some of my favorite sweet treats. They’re the kind of dessert that’s worth splurging on every once in a while, and we’ll definitely keep coming back for the cookies.“

“This store is by far the best Crumbl in STL to get cookies at. They always look like they should and are not undercooked like most crumbl cookies. I come in once every other week or so typically later in the day and there is always this one girl ( she told me her name was Kennedy) working so hard I’m always impressed. I’ve seen her handle entire crowds of people all by herself while still keeping a smile on her face. Every time I see her when I come in I know I’m about to have the best experience possible. “This was absolutely amazing. The guy who runs it does both the Arabica Coffee shop AND Snow Factory (so the reviews that say no one was there are bogus because he was probably busy with a coffee order. Have patience. Its worth the wait!) and both were amazing.
We has the sunset which is banana and Nutella and holy guacamole. Creamy melt in your mouth perfect flavor combination greatness.
And as a side note. Coffee is better than Starbucks in my opinion. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and creamy but you could still taste the espresso. So good! Can't say enough good things about these places!“

“We visited this store on Sunday afternoon, 3/8 around 3 p.m. . It got very busy while we were there. Ice Cream Sundays, delicious as always. The poor guy working everything was apparently the only employee and was doing a great job. I feel that you should have had as least one other person there with him....and if there was someone in the back the whole time we were there, they did not help at all. This poor guy worked the never ending line, helped Uber drivers with their orders and delivered orders to tables. This guy deserved something extra that day or at least a pat on the back.“

He is always looking out for the customer needs, wants, concerns, extra. I have order here a few times during rush hour lunch and have had some miss ups with not getting all my food. Which yes it is frustrating but I understood and just called in to talk to a manager on duty. When I talked to Jeff he wanted to make everything right.
