“Put a mobile order in as we were pulling into the parking lot. there were about 10 cars in front of us. took right at a hour to get or food which was 2 happy meals. the drive thru kid just sat there playing on his phone. we waited over 10 minutes at the pick up window alone and the kid comes up and asked what we ordered. we told him and he came back saying that they were waiting on fries. we finally got the 2 happy meals and all the food was cold. I called him back over and asked him about the fries being cold seeing that we were waiting on the fries. he said that they actually had enough to complete the order. I asked to speak to a manager and she blew me off. no excuse for this.“

There was a small delay with drinks from the bar and we were graciously given a gift card for our wait, which was unexpected and unnecessary but greatly appreciated. “After a negative experience at another location, tonight we returned to Wentzville. At Wentzville the food is always hot, the customer service is always on point. Jacob was attentive, professional and punctual. He pre-bussed the table and refilled our drinks without asking.

“We stopped in and went through the drive-thru to grab a couple of burgers. The staff was friendly and efficient and we had our food quickly. The burgers were tasty and made just right. We would definitely go back.
