Just left Popeyes... haven't been there in a while and stopped to get some chicken but when I saw the fried pickle sign so I decided I would get some fried pickles I have not had some in a long time one of my favorite side snack. When I got my fried pickles they were room temperature!!! Who serves room temperature fried pickles sitting under a hot lamp those should have been served hot I need this Popeye's to do better. I'm really getting tired of this poor service at this fast food restaurant...PS there was a foul smell at the drive-through window lots of flies where flying around I should have just left when I saw that.😩“

“This is where I swallow my pride and admit to one of my “Karen” moments. I went to the drive-through and ordered a meal that had one side and I added a side. As I drove away, I’m looking for the box and I don’t see both sides. Of course I’m driving down the street and I’m hangry by this point so I flip back around to go back and get my durn Cole slaw. Marched into the restaurant in a way where everybody knew I was irritated. I mean, not combative, but irritated and immediately walked up, and I made my complaint. I had two complaints by the time I got back. I didn’t have my coleslaw and that my biggest piece of chicken looked pitiful and was missing a lot of crust. Who I assume was the manager calmly came from the back, pointed out to me that my coleslaw was indeed in the box And then gave me another piece of chicken to replace the pitiful looking one. I was so ashamed I apologized profusely and tried to refuse the extra piece of chicken since I had been so wrong. I wouldn’t have come back to complain about the piece of chicken alone. She insisted I take it anyway and did not pile any guilt one me. She was a complete professional about my coming in and acting like a jerk. The food wasn’t great, but the service was very professional.“

“A nice surprise. Traveling through and decided to stop. Glad we did. The chicken was great. Fries were good. Peach lemonade was awesome. The staff was nice enough to give us a complimentary drink when I decided to hog the lemonade all to myself, LOL.“

“The evening crew is extremely nice. The person that took my order Samarah was awesome! She was polite, spoke properly, made sure my order was correct, and offered extra items on the menu. The person that gave me my food was also really nice as well.
I just wish the restaurant itself was in a less congested area but other than that, it was great!“

“Mr. Lewis and Staff are very professional and friendly. Food is extremely fresh and always within excellent timing. 3 Locations are in the South Jackson area but HWY 80 is the Location for all your Chicken desires.“

“Must say getting through the drive-through is difficult ,but Must say food always fresh and hot.

Parking: Need more space just a high volume of traffic areas and people take advantage of the tight space. Especially when customers wait on orders.
