“Stopped by Louise’s Barbecue in Crystal Springs and ordered to-go. Everything was ready when I arrived. I had the rib plate with potato salad and baked beans. The ribs were tender and full of flavor, and the sauce was delicious — tasted like a sweet vinegar-based sauce, which I really enjoyed. The sides were solid too. If you’re in the area and craving good barbecue, it’s definitely worth stopping by and trying it for yourself.“
