“They got the best tasting Pan Trout and Catfish in town. It is cooked very well, just right, and is very soft and tender. Very little bones as well. Both Fishes mentioned above are definitely filleted Correctly. Definitely a Local Staple!!!!“

“I had the Crunchy Pork Scallopini today and it was excellent! The Richland Hot Sauce on the boneless pork chop mingles great with the Cajun Cream sauce on the pasta. This is one of the top dishes that A’ha offers.
Dietary restrictions: A’HA is happy to adjust dishes for individual taste. My wife does not like spicy foods so Luke adjust dishes (if possible) for her.“

“The food kinda taste like old grease. I spent $50 dollars on our food and it all tasted the same...Like old grease. This is the only time I have EVER had bad food here. I hope they will be better the next time I come or I will not be back.“

“I absolutely love Valley St Fish, when I have a fish craving this is my go to place. The only thing I dislike is that this place has probably been in business since before I was born and they have don’t no upgrades to the building or parking. You would think with all these centuries of being in business they would make some improvements to the place. You also have to have life insurance to park and cross the street to get to the building as traffic is horrendous. Other than this it’s the best fish place in the city.“

“Absolutely the finest in the area / staff is wonderful / owner is always on hand and is one of the finest in the area / I have eaten in the finest restaurants from Chicago to the west coast none can compare with the service and food !!! And has the best coffee anywhere / onion rings with every order if you want!!! Music is mostly oldies and at level so you can talk to your partner while enjoying the restaurant - I have been eating there for over 30 years - nothing has changed - he has a 7ft security guard that can make you feel very safe. You just have to try it if you have not, you would be missing a great and memorable outing“

“Got a chicken on a stick dinner and a catfish dinner with fries and hushpuppies. The chicken on a stick was a nice size and good. Catfish and hushpuppies were really good. The fries were the seasoned kind, which were also good. Food was cooked to order, so it was a 10-15 min wait.“

“Thanksgiving was the first time I had ate from County Fisherman for our Family Dinner and we had it catered. The food was delicious my Family really enjoyed everything and plus the service was awesome. We got our food on time no problems or anything. Great Business I will most definitely be back.“

“When we entered, the host did not seem to have the best attitude and did not greet us. The waitress was very kind & worked hard to provide us with the best possible service. The kids accidentally broke a glass, and the waitress was more than accommodating with getting it cleaned up. The costs were not bad at all and the drink I ordered (the trash can) did its job for sure. I'd give the place a 4.5 rating out of 5 only because 1st impressions count. When you walk into an establishment, you don't want to be greeted with attitude or not greeted at all. The food and waitress saved the rating!“
