“I’ve been frequenting this restaurant for years. I don’t know what seasoning they use and they will not tell me but it is sooooo good! I have had their oyster Po boy, chicken wings, gizzards, livers and they were all delicious. I have moved to Madison, but I betcha I’m stopping today for my order of their house salad and gizzards! “Everything was PERFECT! My husband and I are visiting Mississippi from Houston, Texas and we always have to make a stop at Cook Out. This was the best experience I’ve had at any location. The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and fast! It was so impressive to see how everyone worked together and communicated with each other to push all the orders out. This location has a really good team, and every single person that helped me with my order was super nice. The food was incredible. I absolutely love Cook Out but this location in particular was a HIT! I can’t wait to come back. To the manager, you have some really good people here. “One of our favorite places to a door dash type of delivery. TONS AND TONS AND TONS of different types of food from burgers to mushrooms to sandwiches to fish. Much of the menu is fried but carefully battered. It does seem like they fry most things in the same grease. Honestly, it's a delicious treat here and there. I recommend the fried mushrooms and the fried dill pickle spears.“

“Ordered online as I was heading into Jackson and arrived about 10 minutes early. The staff already had my meal ready behind the counter, which was a pleasant surprise. I grabbed my food and drink, then sat down for a relaxing break from driving. While there, I noticed several families come in and interact with the staff in such a friendly, welcoming way. “I've only ordered about 4 times there, and I'm quite sure they don't overcook everything they serve, but my meat lovers pizza melt is always overcooked. It's so hard, you barely can enjoy it. One of the cooks told me it's because the crust is very thin. So I won't be ordering that anymore. But they get your orders prepared promptly and that's a good thing 😊😊“
