“I’ve been frequenting this restaurant for years. I don’t know what seasoning they use and they will not tell me but it is sooooo good! I have had their oyster Po boy, chicken wings, gizzards, livers and they were all delicious. I have moved to Madison, but I betcha I’m stopping today for my order of their house salad and gizzards! I hope they one day open up another restaurant off Countyline or Ridgeland, maybe I’ll suggest it today, what do you think??“

“It was good. The service was excellent! I tried it for the first time in Arizona and enjoyed it. But this tasted different and the menu seemed different too. Not sure if I had a limited time burger. But I also had it with curly fries, and I didn't see that on the menu here. All in all, I enjoyed it, aside of my expectations.“

“Everything was PERFECT! My husband and I are visiting Mississippi from Houston, Texas and we always have to make a stop at Cook Out. This was the best experience I’ve had at any location. The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and fast! It was so impressive to see how everyone worked together and communicated with each other to push all the orders out. This location has a really good team, and every single person that helped me with my order was super nice. The food was incredible. I absolutely love Cook Out but this location in particular was a HIT! I can’t wait to come back. To the manager, you have some really good people here. “The lines seem to stretch on forever, and the wait can feel like an eternity! To top it off, the cashiers’ attitudes can sometimes leave much to be desired. If only they could enhance their customer service and make the wait feel a bit more bearable, I bet complaints would plummet. A little effort in these areas could transform the experience for everyone involved!“

“This is the location inside University of MS Medical Center (UMMC). The service was very fast and the employees were SUPER friendly and professional. They were very busy but very proficient indeed!
The sitting area is very very nice. Finishing it will be the issue because like going through a made but it’s worth it. I highly recommend this location if you happen to be at or near UMMC.“

“One of our favorite places to a door dash type of delivery. TONS AND TONS AND TONS of different types of food from burgers to mushrooms to sandwiches to fish. Much of the menu is fried but carefully battered. It does seem like they fry most things in the same grease. Honestly, it's a delicious treat here and there. “Ordered online as I was heading into Jackson and arrived about 10 minutes early. The staff already had my meal ready behind the counter, which was a pleasant surprise. I grabbed my food and drink, then sat down for a relaxing break from driving. While there, I noticed several families come in and interact with the staff in such a friendly, welcoming way. It was refreshing to see such positive vibes between the employees and customers—definitely not something you find everywhere. Communities need more people like these team members!“
