“The burgers were terrific. The sides were tasty, but I thought the size was small. I ordered onion rings and cheese bites (or whatever they were called) I only had about 4 cheese bites. The others I was with also had ice cream and said it was tasty.

“This is the location inside University of MS Medical Center (UMMC). The service was very fast and the employees were SUPER friendly and professional. They were very busy but very proficient indeed!
The sitting area is very very nice. Finishing it will be the issue because like going through a made but it’s worth it. I highly recommend this location if you happen to be at or near UMMC.“

“The food is delicious and fresh, but the service is very poor. The drive-thru women are extremely rude and acting like they don't want to service their customers. They even talk about the customers on the speaker box. If the food wasn't good, I would not suggest that you eat here. I give it a 3.5 rating. Just for the food.

“One of our favorite places to a door dash type of delivery. TONS AND TONS AND TONS of different types of food from burgers to mushrooms to sandwiches to fish. Much of the menu is fried but carefully battered. It does seem like they fry most things in the same grease. Honestly, it's a delicious treat here and there. I recommend the fried mushrooms and the fried dill pickle spears.“

“Ordered online as I was heading into Jackson and arrived about 10 minutes early. The staff already had my meal ready behind the counter, which was a pleasant surprise. I grabbed my food and drink, then sat down for a relaxing break from driving. While there, I noticed several families come in and interact with the staff in such a friendly, welcoming way. It was refreshing to see such positive vibes between the employees and customers—definitely not something you find everywhere. Communities need more people like these team members!“

Only had two issues in rhe past three hears I've gone (sprite carbonation was out) but they rectified it immediately. At my university, we have their team come teach our Student Leaders customer service and they're always a hit.“
