“This was my second visit here at Scoops. The first time I had a small cup of gumbo, it was okay. Each day is a different lunch menu for $13.00 per person. This isn't bad if you want comfort food. 👍🏻 They also have a regular menu where you can order other items. Those prices are kinda reasonable under $20.00. I had the ruben 🥪 sandwich with potato 🥔 salad. Other family members weren't impressed. The burger 🍔 meat was very dry. The hot roast beef sandwich with gravy was very disappointing. It was everything but hot 🥵 The cheese 🧀 looked old, & the gravy was cold. 🥶 A lot of people had been raving about Scoops but never believed in the hype. 🤗 Oh yes, 1 more thing they do have a variety of delicious ice cream.. 😜😋“

“This was a spur of the moment Saturday outing with my family. Captain D's was very clean. The service we received was courteous, friendly & nice. The atmosphere was great! There were other people there, but they weren't loud or noisy at all. A person could have a conversation with the people at the table, & you didn't have to shout over anyone. The food was delicious & piping hot! Just the way you would want it to be. The waiter brought your food to your table & it didn't take long once you placed your order. It was just a nice family restaurant. Thank you for making it a great day with my family. 👍🏽🙂“

“My newest ice cream addiction......OREO big scoop cookie dough hot fudge sundae!!! OMG!!! It is SO good and definitely a sugar overload!! Just an FYI, I cannot be held liable for any addictions or habit forming this sundae may/will cause!! Lol It is that darn good folks!!!!! YummY to a whole other level!!!
