“My husband and I played The Preserve on Friday, October 11, 2019 and was warmly greeted with a smile from Skip and Ron. The preserve is a beautiful course and our favorite on the Coast. Upon completion of our round, I realized I had lost a ring somewhere around our car as we were loading the clubs onto the cart or near the practice range. Just a few minutes after I discovered I had lost the ring, Ron drove up to help get our clubs into our vehicle and inquired about our round. I told him it was wonderful except I had lost a ring. He said the ring was no longer lost because he had found it near the practice range and it was in the pro shop. The service at the course is always excellent but Ron’s friendliness and honesty was top notch. Please convey our gratefulness to Ron and our thanks to Skip for our wonderful, warm experience there.“

“If you want to feel like you’re in the south, on the coast and right at home THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Tried them tonight for the first time and not only was the food incredible but Lisa our server was so friendly and sweet. Helped us navigate the extensive menu and had amazing energy the whole time! 100/10 recommend, it is the perfect Family restaurant and I look forward to eating there again soon!“

“The luck of our original plans being canceled brought us to this amazing place! The food, service, staff, friendly customers,views and amenities were all amazing! Stayed 3 nights in the RV park and I believe we ate there 5 times. Mississippi Bomb (Philly with fried shrimp on top), Creola’s Cajun Pasta, Shrimp Tacos, Grouper Bites, Gumbo, onion rings, fries and let’s not forget the Grilled Oysters on the half shell at the attached Oyster Bar beside the restaurant. Both overlooking the bayou and marina. These are just the amazing things we ate in the three days we were there. Thank you Frankie and staff!“

“Had a great experience there this past Saturday. Everything was good, sat outside. When we left mywife forgot her purse. Monday i called, they had her purse and I drove down and picked it up on Tuesday. Everything, including cash, was all there. Gabby was a wonderful waitress and took good care of the lost item for us. Thank all the staff at Lady May for their attention and honesty. We'll be back!“

“The last time I visited was pre-pandemic. The food was great then & it’s still great now. The wait was just right for home cooked soul food. The music was great; I danced in my seat the whole time, lol. The portions are huge, so I was able to take home leftovers. My food was piping hot when I received it. And, the price was amazing. “Best coffee shop in OS. I order on Toast Local and pickup at the drive thru. The coffee is great with many choices. The food here is amazing as well! I'd suggest the tomato basil quesadilla and the italian chicken melt, they are AMAZING!“

Actually met the owners Friday night, super cool people. Be warned, if you go there with your wife or girlfriend, some loser named Christian is going to wait till you walk away and then hit on your girl, persisting even after being repeatedly told no. And then when confronted will threaten you. Even so, he’s easily punked because after threatening you and you don’t back down, he will tell security you’re starting conflict and not even look your direction after the fact. Would rate the experience as a whole 10/10.“

“Found this little treasure yesterday! 5 of us got small snowballs..for $7 total! They were amazing! Tons of flavors to choose from, even had Sugar-free flavors! (Try the Sugar-free coconut with wipe cream or the Sugar-free wedding cake with whip cream! Sooo good!)Beautiful place with playground & benches in the shade. Friendly staff who makes sure your order is right. Will definitely be back.“

“This is a casual locals bar/restaurant that has exceptionally good food. My wife and I go here all the time and see a lot of the same faces, which is kind of nice. The Reuben sandwich is one of the best I've EVER had (and I'm kind of a connoisseur on those), and the Shepherd's Pie is excellent as well. My wife says the hamburger may be THE best she has had here in Ocean Springs. Of course, most of the dishes come with fries, which are very good as well. They also have some good gumbo, New Orleans style barbeque shrimp, and fried catfish which I'm sure comes from Mississippi. The salads are always fresh, and I think the chef makes the croutons himself! They make a very good Bloody Mary, which I'd rank as #2 here in O.S. and that's saying something. They have a nice, expansive outside seating area that fronts on Bienville Blvd. \n\nIt's not fancy but the food and service are excellent.“
