“Josie served us. We have had the best experience for fresh calamari in Montana. Twice we have eaten here. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE BOTH TIMES!
This time, I had the Halibut sandwich with no bun. On a bed of fresh lettuce. The fish was cooked perfectly!! Crispy and light hand-breaded on the outside, the fish was perfect. As I stated, calamari..over the top. Perfect breading cooked for 45 seconds. Not rubbery like so many places.
M had the seafood salad. Again, a great portion. Seafood was fresh!
Cpt Kirk and Michelle give you 5 stars and will gladly return again.“

“Had absolutely the best experience at the gold having Brandon as my server! Never once had me waiting. He was literally the only person behind the bar getting orders done! Even on a busy Friday night. I’ll definitely be back as long as he’s working.“

“Stopped over after doing laundry next door and felt like we were home. We were welcomed by Brent, Shawna and Kevin and made to feel like a local. We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar, shared stories with them all and enjoyed our morning, bought some merchandise to proudly wear on our trip and left feeling welcomed. Great local long standing establishment. They have keno machines, karaoke some nights and horseshoes out back. Couldn’t think of any better way to start off our 4th of July.“
“Haggard, the bartender was amazing! The BEST bartender we’ve ever had. He delayed his smoke breaks to take our group photo and also to take our second drink order. He’s very responsible and checked every single one of our IDs. The regulars, that’s a different story by he assured us they were of age. 100% recommend, we’ll definitely be back.“

“Growing up in the area this bar was a fun place to go as a child, playing pool and drinking Shirley temples was the highlight of my day, Katie and Kila Bakke are always a blast to be around, as an adult going into this establishment I’ve always felt safe and comfortable, the daily patrons are always always respectful and have a lot of great conversations in them. My uncle who recently passed was one of the patrons, they honored him with the post funeral service and put his picture on display for everyone to see, the owners of this establishment are good hearted people.“

“We always stop for chicken when we come to town. It's always delicious! We always plan for a bit of a wait for a table and a bit more of a wait for food, but the chicken is worth it. Sadly tonight we had a less than pleasant experience. We were able to get a table and order right away, things were looking great. Then we waited and waited and waited... The table that sat down after we ordered got their food. Then we waited and the table next to us that arrived 20 minutes after we ordered got their food. The waitress was friendly and apologetic and told us it would be 7 more minutes. Ten minutes later and over 45 minutes after we ordered our 1 chicken dinner it arrived. The chicken was good as always but we weren't offered any type of recompense for our wait and in fact were given the wrong ticket. Not sure where the error was made but do better Suds Hut! We will be thinking about this experience next time we are in town and may choose to go elsewhere.“

“Okay I’m actually pretty impressed by their takeout. They surprisingly were not overcooked and were tasty! The appetizer sampler was fun and had a variety of things to try which I appreciated. If you are craving an easy and standard American meal I would come here.“
