“This was our second dinner at Fred's. The tempura tuna bites and Caribbean ceviche were delicious! Our spicy margaritas were also great! We shared the Neptune Surf and Turf - shrimp, crab legs, octopus, lobster, ribeye steak, and veggies. It was a wonderful. I don't care for octopus, but my husband enjoyed it. The crab was delicious and the lobster was great too. We also enjoyed all the butter/garlic sauces that came with. Overall, we will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends!”

My favorite was the fried whole fish with garlic sauce. I didn't know what to expect and it can be daunting seeing a whole fish on your plate but it was the freshest most delicious fish I've had. The ceviche is fresh and the drinks taste great as well (try the Mango Tango). There are plenty of safe options for kids as well. The service is excellent. You won't be disappointed.”

“Arguably the best Indian restaurant we dined in entire north america. Its like an Oasis in the desert but the only difference is it's actually full with great contents.
Their Tandoor Over is amazing especially the see through glass window can help us tell the chef Nelson, how we want the food to be made and he was the best.
Naans are thin and crispy. Paneer tikka masala was amazing very authentic and high quality. Kababs are the best in North America, unquestionably. (True hyderabadi style)
Don't go for biryanis (they are not hyderabadi). They taste okay but not great.
The sweets are better than home made and you can imagine how theybare if I tell you that my 2 year old finsihed .25 kilo of Kaju katli and we ate Besan laddu like we never get to eat again. The best.
We wente there for lunch for straight three days out of our four day stay in Cancun.”

For the food... the Mayan dishes tastes were incredible! Very flavorful!! If we choose to move forward with Xkat-ik we will 100% put all on them on our celebration's menu! The coconut shrimp were also good, they came with a mango sauce with pineapple and chile de arbol that gives them a sweet and sour touch.
Fish with a good amount of filling.

Turned out FANTASTIC, service was excellent and the food was the best on the resort. Salmon, Steak, Chicken Alfredo were all great and some of the best we have had in Mexico.

Our waiter Enrique, was exceptional and delivers a fine dining and helpful experience.

My one critique was the time of order to meal deliver was on the slower side and our meals were not delivered at the same time.

I would absolutely recommend going and specifically ask for Enrique!

UPDATE: We came back the next day and service was expedient and all meals arrived at the same time. Great improvement.”

The menu was full of yummy options with many vegan meat options as well as vegannaise for the tortas and burgers so they weren't dry like in other vegan restaurants... and they had juices which were made fresh to order. The salsas were super yummy too. It is a bit far from main tourist areas but definitely worth it to drive out/uber there!! For everything I ate plus my coke, I paid 190 pesos and was quite satisfied. If you have a deeper tank, give yourself whatever you want, it's good.
You can get there on foot, on route 1 and get off at Plaza Galerías, then you walk around the back more or less, as a reference there is also the Adhara Hacienda hotel. You can't miss it if you look for it on the map. They charge with cash and card without charging a commission.
