“I had a great time at Delight recently, thanks to Sarah and Owen. Sarah was super friendly and knew the menu inside out, while Owen, with his fresh vibe, added a nice touch to the evening. Together, they made our visit really enjoyable. Definitely recommend checking it out!

“We hit a little “bump in the road” with our Christmas BBQ order, but, let it be known that Log Cabin BBQ went far, far above - and - beyond to remedy the matter. This is an excellent restaurant in every regard. We can’t say enough good things about their customer service, BBQ, and footlong hot dogs. Log Cabin BBQ is unquestionably NUMBER ONE.”

“GloryBeans Coffeehouse offers an upbeat, warm environment to enjoy their handcrafted drinks, food specialties, and baked goods! you can meet with friends for a chat around one of the big farmhouse tables, curl up with a good book in one of their comfy chairs, or snag a quieter spot at a small table to get to work. my favorite is the dirty Tahitian vanilla chai latte and the delicious cheesecakes you can order by the slice. Stop in and see for yourself!”

“Times are not correct!! They close some days at 12 or some days at 2am kinda like like when they choose to close they close! II was there last weekend and they closed at 2am call a week later and they are closing at 12!!! Not consistent with time but the food is good!!!”

Unique red slaw that has added chopped bell peppers and pimento. Onions rings are made in house, however the hushpuppies are frozen, but still good. They are cash only, but all menu items are reasonably priced.”

“This was our first visit. There is ample.parking in a gravel lot. From the deck there is a beautiful wide and long range view. There are a few tables on the deck. Inside there are about 8 -10 tables. You can do a tasting at the bar. The cost is $10 to Taste 6 wines. You also get to take your glasses home. There were a few we really enjoyed. They had a couple of unique wines that you don't see as often. I really liked their Blackberry wine. Is considered one of their sweet wines but has a very tart finish. I also really liked their Syrah wine. It had a definite peppery note. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“I've enjoyed Hunt Bros. for over 20 years. The slices are a great after work snack and on a "we just want the whole thing" night, one phone call is all. Our local Marathon ladies make them less than a mile from our house !”

“If you are looking for real deal in street tacos, the Happy Taco is your kind of place. The homemade corn tortillas were top notch. The owner is from south Texas and he has brought authentic ingredients and flavors to Elizabeth City. Service was excellent. Next time I'm in town I will make a stop here.”

“My experience is just drive thru for this location. I've always had a good experience here. I get coffee from them pretty often, and they are great with all our orders. I recommend the Iced Caramel Macchiato with Cinnamon Sweet Cream Cold Foam. My kids love Starbucks and think coming for a (caffeine free ?) coffee and a Cookies & Cream cake pop = Best Day Ever!”

“Absolutely love this place! Great food, friendly and professional staff. Albemarle's "Cheers" where everyone knows your name and your drink. Definitely worth the trip. The owner goes out of her way to take care of her customers, especially those with special dietary needs. We're there a couple times a week and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend this family-friendly restaurant. You won't be disappointed!”

“Applebee's is perfect. The food is prepared the same each time and is near perfection. The employees at the Albemarle NC store are awesome. Most have been there for years and know you by name. Perfect combo”

“The biscuits are the star of the show, and deservedly so. They are light, fluffy, and layered. This is one of the few places I can get an egg biscuit without someone putting cheese on it, despite my specific instructions. Combine this with friendly service and excellent tea, and you have a wonderful, southern breakfast experience.”

“Food is always good. Customer service is usually pretty good. Some need to work on their friendliness. The atmosphere needs a facelift. They used to have the high school memorabilia hanging in the walls, but most have been taken down. Needs a facelift.”

“I had never been to this burger king before and was hesitant because of its reviews. But I found it clean /new looking. The staff was friendly, and if you are traveling with someone who is handicapped the bathroom was big enough to accommodate a wheelchair
Also, it has a kids' play area in another room. I will eat there again.”
