“Excellent service and attention, whenever I buy a happy meal for my son they change the toy if it had previously come out, very kind... Regarding the food I have no complaints, it tastes the same as all McDonald's I can't find any difference.“
“This is a true 5-star McDonalds. You can reliably get fresh, fast, correctly made food, 24 hours a day, year after year. It's always fully staffed and the managers are always on the floor keeping everything running smoothly. I will always go to this McDonalds over the other locations in east Cary.“
“Renovated recently and very nice inside. Highest sanitation rating i have seen in any restaurant which surprised me. The food was particularly good. Only downside was a working parent had a kid watching a very loud video on a tablet and the acoustics in there let the sound carry so we had to sit next to the trash to get away.“

“This is a great standard McDonalds location. Food is what is expected. Fries are always perfectly salted, crispy, and hot. Burgers are always done well, perfect amount of sauce. Nuggets hit the spot. Location always has clean bathrooms, as would be expected for McDonalds. Always very happy with this location.“
“Clean and peaceful atmosphere, best McDonald's my mom and I have been to by far. The food also came out fast and fresh. We cannot wait to return to the McDonald's in Cary NC! To top it off, the Shift Manager was also walking around to the guests and asking then how everything was. Wow, the best customer service EVER at any fast-food place we have ever been to!
