“I have been coming to this particular McDonald's for breakfast and coffee for the last several months since it is close to my job site. The folks at the front counter have been very courteous, helpful and efficient. I have never experienced this level of service at any other McDonald's. Keep up the good work!“
“This is a true 5-star McDonalds. You can reliably get fresh, fast, correctly made food, 24 hours a day, year after year. It's always fully staffed and the managers are always on the floor keeping everything running smoothly. I will always go to this McDonalds over the other locations in east Cary.“

“Kyera and Jocelyn (not sure if I spelled those right) were amazing. I had a quick to go order, online, and ordered the wrong sauces. They made it so easy to make the changes to my order I needed to make sure I got what I wanted. I felt taken care of and they didn't make me feel bad for the mistake I made. We got things worked out and if it wasn't for their help I would have felt unwelcome. I truly think these team members go above and beyond. Management, please thank them both, from the dumb guy in the drive thru who they made feel special. Thank you again :)“
“Drive thru order for breakfast via the app. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage mcmuffin. First time in a while I have been disappointed in their breakfast sandwiches. The biscuit is usually warm and flakes but was a sort of hard, like it had just been defrosted and warmed up. The mcmuffin part was barely more than room temperature. Disappointing.“
“McDonald's claims the prize as the longest holiday in the world and the workers are out here making it all run smoothly. I walk in here and the store is all clean, the food is all fresh and good portions, and the attitudes are great. If I had some money, I'd tip them all with the savings from the promotion.
